A diamond in the rough. This hotel has everything a traveler could need at an affordable price. It looks like it could use an update, but that would undoubtedly raise the cost. So don't change a thing

Room was clean and smell free. Easy parking and well lit lot. Front desk was good experience. Lee Ann was big help. Breakfast was well done and good assortment. Fresh too. We will be back

This hotel is close to Rt 81 and has a lot of restaurants nearby. The service was good, and the breakfast had many choices. Not fancy, but a nice stay.

Conveniently located, pet-friendly property. Older but nice sized rooms. Gentleman who checked me in was very efficient and friendly, as was his co-worker. Very pleased.

We booked a hotel at another hotel and went to that hotel and left because it was dirty. Was able to book last min with comfort inn. Rooms were clean, service was great. Beds could use new pillows and better mattress but it was only one night for my family and I

Hotel is very close to I-81, very convenient. Hotel is older, a bit dated but undergoing some renovations (late Nov 2023). A cafe (bar and restaurant) is on site. Many construction workers stayed here. Decent free breakfast.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. There were numerous long dark hairs. I know they were not mine, as I am bald. I was checked in alone.

They are remodeling, but everything was clean and neat. They had their Christmas tree up and it’s beautiful.

Everyone at this hotel was very nice and helpful we had an accident on the interstate and didn’t have a car to go anywhere so they made sure we had everything that we needed and ask if they could help in any other way

Welcoming staff, clean rooms. Nice to have restaurant/bar in hotel, but by dinner at 6:30 most items on menu were gone. Burger seriously undercooked. Food not great. Down to one cook and one server/bartender/busser who was very professional but obviously overworked. Breakfast was standard fare, nothing remarkable. Hotel itself was clean but in need of updating, which was underway. All in all, pretty good experience, but would recommend eating dinner somewhere else.

It was fine, the room was very run down and not clean. Clumps of hair on the floor, some weird lump that kind of looks like poop.
The staff, bed, and shower pressure/heat are the best here.
I also wished the room window opened, it was so stuffy.
They desperately need a makeover because holes in the wall, ceiling has holes, and the carpet and walls are severely run down.

Receptionist smelled of smoke. Entryway blocked due to construction. This was a quiet hotel.

I like the property it is under renovation (so currently a bit run down) all and all worth the low price we paid. I usually stay at the Hampton inn top of the 80’s and will switch to comfort inn for next year’s summer family vacation of 10. Hampton inn is bot worth the big difference in price.

the service at the front desk during check in was commendable and so friendly and thorough. it started our stay off on the right foot. our room was clean and comfortable and the ammenties were as advertised. the breakfast items were varied and the dining area and food service was well maintained. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Very loud, walls so thin we felt our headboard move when someone in next room leaned against wall.
The night we were there was very loud crowd that was heard all night in hallway.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly, the room we stayed in wasn’t even vaccumed, there were chips on the floor… we didn’t complain when we checked in as we were too tired to go somewhere else.

BEWARE:
We traveled from Maine and arrived very tired. But when we got to our first room it was disgusting and showed signs of bedbugs. The second room was full of mold. We left without spending the night.

I laid down to bed and was adjusting the pillows when I discovered that one of the pillowcases was covered in blood. That’s correct blood. Not nail polish, not candy, but blood. Threw it on the floor next to the TV which did not work correctly. Apparently the batteries in the remote were dead
It was late, I was tired, I checked all the pillows and all the sheets. Everything else appeared OK. The following morning, I told the desk clerk about the bloody pillow and he just said nonchalantly OK thanks.
I can tell you, I will never stay in this hotel again, and I’m very very disappointed in the quality of the day.
