We messed up with our booking but staff went above and beyond to sort it out for us. So glad we got to stay here.

Rooms and hotel lobby and breakfast buffet were great. Comfortable beds and very helpful and responsive front desk. Lots of parking on sight. Very close to Stormont castle with its beautiful grounds (across the street!). Would stay again.
The gym facilities needs to be walked to which is a little inconvenient. (Five to ten minutes and across the road). And the traffic outside can be busy at rush hour. But the bus is very handy to downtown right on the street.
