I loved the sense of safety while travelling with my two daughters, and the convenient location close to the airport. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was the perfect place to stay before our flight back to Australia. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families

Tea and coffee was a nice touch. Shampoo and shower gel dispenser was also great.
The bed and floor was a bit creaky when moved.

Location near to the airport
Basic but clean and ok for one night
Very hot in the room even with Turing the thermostat off .

The place was quiet. Only positive thing I can say
The major problem for me was a lack of a work desk and chair. This was listed as one of the in-room facilities on your website. I specifically needed this because I was going to work from the room as I had meetings. I informed the manager, who said only the bigger rooms (which one, as they all seem to be the same size, so a lie) had a table. He promised to come back the following day with a table, but he never showed up - they've collected the money. Can't be trusted. And they put two chest of drawers in the room - who needs two? One was probably meant to be the desk. And each drawer was dirty and smelly. The wifi was sporadic - it kept going off and on. The noise from the plumbing was atrocious, certainly in room 15 where I stayed. It was impossible to sleep as it was noisy anytime someone opened a tap. I felt robbed by at least ÂŁ25 per night.
