Convenient place but hard as heck to get out of the lot due to traffic. Plenty of parking for you, with a lovely breakfast better than others we've been to. Noise was a bit crazy - constant car start/stop, fire trucks, the service way between rooms being used half the night (right behind the bathroom wall), and MJ from other guests seeping in the A/C unit while enjoying a rousing phone conversation. Room was pretty clean, and smelled great otherwise. Pool was well maintained and the kid's park was a good distraction if you take the family. Could definitely use a new mattress and pillows.

Was a very clean and nicely decorated room with very comfortable beds. Thet had a great breakfast selection. Staff was very nice. Would return if in that area.

Great location for us. The room is way smaller than the pictures, like really small.
The bed was ok but the pillows were a lot smaller than most hotels and not as “fluffy”.
Plumbing would “gargle” At random times.

Very clean, but I booked a queen sized room and was clearly given a full size bed. When I complained, I was told “it is a queen”. I have a queen sized bed at home and know the difference. The bed terribly hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The upside was it was clean and up to date. Decent breakfast.

One night stay on our way to our vacation destination. Our room was great. Clean, smelled fresh. Plenty of hot water for showers. Lobby staff was great. Breakfast was good and hot. Two downsides-the traffic noise from the busy road in front of the hotel and the light outside of the room (that lights up the walkway) made it difficult to sleep. Other than the downsides for us, I would recommend this hotel.

The deposit is ridiculous when you have to pay twice as much for deposits then other hotels do! The deposit was almost as much as the room charge!

Check in was fast. Room clean and updated. A little small but it was just the two of us. No elevator to second floor so be sure you can do stairs or ask for lower level.

Overall not a bad place to stay. Pros were a good hot breakfast, comfy beds, maid service was excellent, coffee always available however only powder creamer or flavored; no half and half 😞. Complaints would be the bumps throughout the parking area, instructions on how to use hot water dispenser, ice machine should be moved out of laundry area as ice tasted like soap, size of bathroom - too small and the roach that we found in our room.

The room was comfortable and just the right size for me traveling alone. Looked newly renovated. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. The only thing that could be improved on was the quality of the towels and their thinckness.

Older building with outside door which wasn’t expecting. Pictures fooled us although it was fine for one night stay. Cleanness was good. Location was good with many restaurants and shops.

The room smelled terrible. It smelled like a locker room. The issue was the bathroom shower. It was an accessible room (not by request). The water runs all over the bathroom floor and soaks into everything. The bathroom floor was not tile. It was an absorbent material that just kept soaking the water in and never drying. The bathroom counter was dirty upon arrival. There was dust on everything throughout the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was great and the man attending to the breakfast area kept it neat, clean, and stocked. He was awesome!

We would have a liked an HD TV but otherwise it was fine for a one night stay. Also, ask for a room in front because there are many noisy trucks out back.

The breakfast was lack luster & the rooms could've been cleaner but we were just stopping for 1 night on our way to our vacation destination. They did allow us to check in early since our rooms were ready which was very nice & the staff was all very kind. I'd stay here again if need be.

They give hotel.com the worst rooms and won’t switch you. Ours had a smoking area right outside our door, where all the smoke came through the walls. Even though there appeared to be other rooms available, they would not let us switch.

Just an overnight on our way to Florida. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Carpets needed another vacuuming. Some of the liquid dispensers in the showers were busted on the edge. But overall just fine for a night or two! It met our needs.

Bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Ac hardly worked and can hear literally everything outside. Dirty handprints on walls and furniture.

There’s a few things that need to be addressed with this place… even being considered a budget hotel. First, be aware it’s all outdoor room access, and our door didn’t seal properly when shut. Second, the amenities and comforts are absent (ie. half-size pillows, bad indoor lighting). Thirdly, it’s noisy… really noisy. And as we are trying to fall asleep what seemed like a washing machine on the opposite side of our wall was so loud and vibrated the whole room, including the vanity mirror the rattled. Lastly, while not the hotels fault, several knocks on our at 1:50am shook us awake. It was a drunk guest trying to find their room… but the outside entrance made it feel unsafe as we watched him stumble around just outside our window. We won’t be staying here again.

This was very clean, updated hotel. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good as well. Several places to eat nearby too. The Mexican restaurant was really good.

Hotel room was clean, not a lot of noise, can tell the rooms were recently updated my only downside was the parking was not great. we went to a concert and got back a little before midnight and there was not one free spot. we had to actually park on the side of the hotel not in an actual spot but for the price it was a very good stay. staff was very friendly.

We stayed her a couple of years ago and it’s cleaner now than it was then. It is somewhat noisy because it’s closer to the road and it was quite busy. Price was reasonable.

Live tick crawling in the shower, pubic hairs on floor next to tub. Loud and inconsistent regulation of heating/AC, no thermostat to control. Tiny room and bathroom. We stayed at a Best Western in Hays, Colorado on 2/29 that was wonderful, and anticipated this would be the same - two totally different experiences.

Paper thin wall. You could hear the neighbors all the time. Sirens outside regularly!! I stepped on a large roach in the middle of the night. Not a well kept facility!

I arrived late after a 12 and a half hour drive. The gentleman at the front desk was warm and welcoming. He said he gave me a room on the ground floor and in the back where it was quiet. My room was very clean, updated, and quiet. The shower was amazing!! I slept so well. The next day I went to the breakfast, not expecting much. It was wonderful, well stocked and with a nice variety. There was a person who kept everything clean, well supplied and welcomed guests. I wouldn’t change a thing.

I didn’t realize the place was a motel - which I don’t like but I was happy with the clean room, it was a good price and the people in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Minutes from the cute square in Franklin and easy to get to Nashville.

Customer service is excellent. Rooms are newly renovated and very very clean. Brealfast was good as well. We would stay here again.
