The rooms were updated, but were not very clean. Sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, no towels except for the dirty one found on the shower curtain rack. Hallway floors looked nasty and old. The hot tub was not working (only had a little water in it). Not worth $120 a night.

This is my third time staying here. The funny desk is always so nice. My room is clean quiet and convenient to my job when I'm working in town. The only reason I don't give it give stars is because the breakfast needs a serious upgrade and the hotel is under construction. But it's looking great so far and they try to keep the noise to a minimum so I don't mind.

Lots of construction going on and so it was not as clean as usual. Newly renovated rooms are nice! Love that dogs are allowed- thank you. Please consider starting breakfast at 6 instead of 7. Lots of breakfast items “out of order.” Elevator “out of order.” Pool closed. We have stated here before and it was great so hopefully it will improve once renovations are done. Nice people!

Hotel was being remodeled. Rooms were fantastic. Service is great. Hallways elevators and breakfast leave alot to be desired

Place was disgusting- stains on comforter, no towels in room, dust everywhere, it was the single worst hotel experience of my life

The hotel is doing a major updating. Our room the ac was too loud to run at night and the fan in the bathroom to loud. When I let the counter person know this morning is was like no big deal, who cares.

The hotel never cleaned my room ( there 5 nights) did not change out my towels and i had to empty the trash each day. The tv had no remote and some of the lights in the room did not work. The fridge did not cool, and the staff said, they all were like that. Construction in the hallway made it noisy. When I asked for a discount, they said no.

It will be very nice when the renovations are complete. What had been done is nice but I had a large paint smell and it as well as renovation dust caused my allergies to react and my asthma to bother me.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance when we arrived. It was loud and dusty. Our room was very small and cramped. The curtains didn’t close all the way and let so much light from the lamp outside that we could barely sleep. The window was not locked and the lock was broken. The bed sheets and comforter were paper thin and the mattress was rock hard. The breakfast was a joke. Barely any options. We were very disappointed with our stay. That is the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. Pay the extra money and stay at one of she other local hotels. It would be well worth it.

Outside of lobbies were filthy with paint stains and rips of some sort if I remember, hotels themselves were pretty clean though. But the outside could use some new renovations for brand new carpet.

The first floor is being renovated which we weren’t told and was very inconvenient with our dogs since I requested first floor It was very noisy all night long.

Pool and hot tub out of service due to construction; this info not available while reserving. Highway noise was an issue. Elevator, carpet, corridors in disrepair.

If I had known there was construction going on at the hotel I would not have stayed there. Also there’s a horrible mildew smell

Rooms are nice. Hotel is in middle of renovation. Although some things don’t work at the hotel, included in breakfast. Staff are nice.

No problems at all. Very nice people. They were doing some renovation trying to make the place look nicer, but it did not interfere in any way shape or form with my stay.

Pool lights never came on, not enough towels in hotel for pool and room. Breakfast selection horrible. Staff not helpful. Renovated room but nothing in it but 2 towels for 4 people and a lot of soap.

The room was very nice and the desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating!

The hallways had peeling paint on the bottom of the walls. But the room was clean and comfortable. But the deadbolt on my room did not work which was a little unnerving.

The property itself is very old. They are in the middle of renovating it. Breakfast was very small with minimal options. The staff was fantastic though! It was a stark difference from the one we stayed at the night before in Indiana.

Easy off and on to highway. Renovations still being worked on, but not noisy while we were there. Breakfast included, but not much to pick from.

The motel was under renovations, so the exercise room and other commodities were not available. This was not mentioned on the website when I booked and there was no discount given for this. Also, the light fixtures were hanging off the walls in the halls. The shower is very discolored. However, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the beds were comfortable.

Property was very run down. Carpets in hallway and room were old, worn and stained. Hallway walls and trim were dented, scratched and damaged. Exterior door was duct taped open and sliding glass doors to pool were left open 24 hours. The exterior door in the stairway was broken with huge spider webbing of the glass.There was damaged, broken and missing trim tiles in the bathroom. Shower head was weak and could not turn the dial to change stream. Also the lever to switch from bath spicot to shower head would not seal all the way. Room window was off track and open when I arrived. I was able to close it enough to lock but was still off track allowing noise and a draft. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the overall condition of the hotel was worn and run down.

Great hotel for those traveling with pets. They are currently doing some much needed renovations to the property. Conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel. Plenty of green space to walk your dogs and the indoor hot tub and pool are kept very clean.

Hotel was under renovation. When we told them about non working fridge and no security lock they promptly moved us to a room that was completed.

It was being renovated so it was a bit messy. Hard to tell how much mess was from reno and how much was already there (like very dirty walls). The front desk person was very nice. When he heard my foot is injured and he'd put me on the 4th floor, he immediately moved me to directly across from the elevator to avoid walking extra. This was great, but several doors didn't have room numbers so I had to try the 2 rooms across from the elavtor to find the rjght one. The room itself had been renovated and was beautiful and more spacious than the rooms I usually get (deluxe king w/ pull-out sofa bed). The shower was gorgeous, and I loved the floating shelves. However, the bedding on both beds needed changed - the sofa bed had food and crumbs in it when we opened it, and I couldn't tell of the king was dirty or if the sheets were stained. The bedding is white but the sheets were kind of dingy, even the fresh ones. Bed was comfy though. Also, the lights didn't work other than the bathroom and vanity (next to the door). Again, staff was very helpful and a maintenance man was fixing it within minutes. Still, it would have been better if everything had been ready. It may be worth noting that we checked in after 9pm so this was not the case of an early check-in causing the room to not be prepared. Finally, the door did lock, but the security latch thing was broken in half, so I could not fully secure it as I usually do. I gave this 3 stars because staff was great.

We had a pleasant overnight stay. We were set up for a double bed, but they upgraded us to a larger bed. Bonus was that Cracker Barrel was next door.

The inside of the room did not match the photos for the rooms online. The furniture and the setup of the furniture were not as advertised. The photos showed carpet in the room but there was none.

The hotel was lovely. It was so nice to walk in and see the beautiful Christmas tree. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience

Angel, the usual nighttime front desk associate was very kind and helpful. Any issues or fears I may have had were completely alleviated by the time I was done speaking with her. I highly regard her and hope her employer does as well.
