It was an easy check in process, but not the most comfortable bed. As well as there was an odd smell in the room. Over all stay was ok. Cool mirrors and indoor jacuzzi also.

The hotel was absolutely horrible. We changed rooms because the 1st one had roaches in it. The 2nd room had dirty linens and old clothes.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, but the room condition...left a lot to be desired. I know the housekeeper tries her best, but the rooms have stains *everywhere*. The chair had stains of white...and I won't go into what that means. Almost every towel they gave me had black stains on it. Honestly the management really needs to invest money in replacing the linen. There were also the occasional roaches as well, and absolutely no sign of traps anywhere.

I felt extremely unsafe throughout the experience. I arrived to the motel and I noticed the area around it had many people drinking, passed out in cars, and smoking. I have four kids and felt uncomfortable staying there. I arrived at my room with my door open as it had just been cleaned. The walls were dirty, had holes in them, and the fire alarm was missing. Along with that the door would not close or lock. In order for it to close we had to pull up and push hard. When it closed the lock didn’t work. I felt unsafe staying in there without the lock. We tried talking to the staff (only one person was there) about it and they said that as long as the door closed it was safe. We asked for our money back but he said that his manager was out of town and he couldn’t do anything about the situation. He then proceeded to say his manager would be back at night and that we could leave. They would “try their best” in order to get our money back but all that we could do was leave without a guarantee that we would get our money back. Overall the experience was terrible and unsafe.

The manager knows that the does not lock in or out still he checked me in. There is whole in the wall. One of the bed was broken. The room was too dirty. The comforters were worn out.

I've seen a roach in every room that I've been in at this place .... The skinny gentleman in the morning is incompetent... No one's ever there to assist in the morning .... And the same person in the morning stares at kids... Acts like a creep ... The works are the best ,they go above and beyond there work title ...

I’ve been traveling for work for 16 years now. Different continents, countries, states and cities, this BY FAR the MOST ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever stayed in my life. The service subpar, the room infested with gnats, fixtures being held together with paper stuffed between it and the wall, dirty towels supplied, rock hard bed, not knowing what the stains on the walls were, blood, mucus, or otherwise. This entire building needs to be condemned. I work nights, in the middle of sleeping my door knocks and I’m told I have to move rooms because the night clerk put me in the wrong one I asked if it could wait a couple hours because of my work schedule and was told it wasn’t the attendee’s problem. I was moved one room over….EXACT same set up. There was NO reason I had to be moved. I hope for anyone reading this you spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. I have never been so disgusted with an accommodation as I have this one.

Honestly, look for others in the area... This was last minute night.. room was sooo outdated, dirty walls. Outlet missing. Fire alarm not connected.. no extra pillows. Only one set of towels for a family of 4.

Liked the location, lower rate, and cleanliness for what its worth. Didn't like that the lobby was locked off during regular hours, they needed to hold onto info of a credit card even after reservation was fully paid, didn’t have info of channels to watch.

Comfortable room. Thoroughly enjoyed the nice sized mini fridge + freezer as we were there with a cooler from our drive and it helped to keep our food cold. We also likes the usb ports directly in the wall plugs. And the small individual light switches to work the lights. The tv was a little difficult to work as there were channels that did not work and the internet dropped a few times in the middle of a show. The bathroom could have used a shower liner to go with the curtain but it worked for us.

Horrible service. We had a total of 5 people and stayed in the room w 3 queen beds and only had 3 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 face towel. When I asked for more towels, the housekeeper acted like she didn’t speak english and said we can only have 3 towels max. The sheets had hair throughout (I doubt they were washed or changed). The shower had hair all over the walls. One of the beds had some type of bugs bc my son’s leg was covered in bites.

This property's rating is way over what it should be. Stayed here with my family and it was so dirty and gross I could not believe it. The floors were so dirty we never removed our shoes. The bathroom was disgusting, boogers on the walls, dirt and hair caked on and around the top of the tub surround. The floors had so much build up in the edges and corners. Doors were full of dirty hand prints. When we pulled back the sheets, mattresses were stained and we are still not sure what it was. Unfortunately we were on a tight budget so I was not able to.change hotels until after 3 nights, we only slept there and left all day each day. But as soon as I was able I did! We talked to the office and directly with Housekeeping several times, but nothing was done. I had to call them from my cell because the telephone line was not even connected. Wifi never worked, there is no pool (but it was advertised), and even our pizza delivery guy wouldn't get out of his car when he brought our delivery. Horrible experience. I had to get cleaning products, disinfectants, our own towels and blankets. I reported this to expedia and they were great and fast to respond. I was denied refund for unused nights by the property but expedia gave me points and I appreciate that very much. Normally dont give such detailed and bad reviews but I want to prevent other families from making this mistake. Oh, and the remote we were given was not even for that TV! We never had a TV.

Waited for the receptionist for 15 mins no one was at the front desk. Got tired of waiting so I left and found a different hotel all together. They finally called me and ask if I wanted to come back. I spoke to someone who worked there he literally only told me to wait. Terrible customer service
