When we arrived the staff was very polite and we settled in nicely, but there was a problem with the fridge. It made a distracting noise throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep. There was also an incident the other night and another disturbance at the end of the hall. Which made it uncomfortable, but despite all that, the stay and the service was nice.

This was my first visit in West Covina and before booking I found good reviews about this property and I'm happy with the choice I made.

We had a great stay. With the hot tub was in service but other than that the service was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was convenient having breakfast available.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our college kids in Azusa. The beds are comfortable, there’s lots of space in the room, and a full breakfast is served. It doesn’t get better than this great value for the price.

Bathroom needs some work and update. Toilet ran long time and water leek on the floor , shower also dripped and had mold in the corner of tub.

The property is being kept nice and most important clean.
Room was very clean, bed sheets you can tell and smell very clean. Carpet and bathroom very clean, furniture and frigerator very clean.
Tv and wifi working propertly.
The breakfast area was very clean, food variety excellent and the ladies working in the dining area very polite and helpful.
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and I will stay here in future trips. Very safe, clean and lots of amenities.

The location is busy and noisy yet conveniently located off the freeway. It’s a little ghetto in west corvina

Arrived there and there was no receptionist. After about 10 minutes, someone finally showed up. Even though we had made reservations two weeks ahead, the staff treated it as if we were just making reservations right there and then. After we got our keys, we head on upstairs and the first thing we see was a bucket collecting water from a leak when i got to my hotel room, i was greeted with a cery loud and creaky door that is off balance and crammed. There were no snacks or beverages in our fridge. The toiletries were teeny and bare minimum. The shower head was disgusting and covered in lime. Every time you or somekne

Most of the public areas were clean and inviting. The leaking pipe that caused some parking spaces to be blocked was concerning. Also the bucket under the missing ceiling tile on the third floor raised an eyebrow. The complimentary breakfast was good. The pool was lovely.

We always have a great stay at the Best Western. A clean, comfortable, spacious room. The BEST shower in any hotel in which I have stayed. A very nice breakfast buffet as well. Well worth the money and close to I-10.

Overall this is a nice hotel. Front desk employees are nice and friendly. The rooms are clean. The bed was a little hard but I have a bad back so cant complain. The AC didnt work too well in our room. I would recommend adding more handicap parking by the front entrance. My mother is handicap and the 2 spots they have were always taken, so she had to walk further. Other than that id recommend this hotel. Oh and the breakfast is amazing. Best breakfast ive had compared to any hotel ive been to. A lot of variety to choose from. Id recommend this hotel for sure

Hallways stink of pot all day long. Children running around floors during the night. Staff was nice but would not address any issues. Not able to get much sleep due to people above us stomping feet most of the night. Breakfast was okay but there were a lot of people open coughing in the dining area so guests would leave. At breakfast other guests were complaining about noise all night long and no ability to get any sleep.
Find another hotel.

Close to restaurants and fast food joint, but quite secluded so as not too crowded and busy. Close to bus stop too, in case you need public transportation. Room is clean and plenty of parking space.

not happened to us but i learned from another guest that tires were stolen from their car that was parked at the open parking lot and hotel didn't help out, and not even sympathized, per guests.
i like how it is close (less than 10 minutes) to food/restaurants. close to cal poly which is where my daughter goes and easy for me to drive to her when im visiting.
just a little pricey but that was the going rate around the area.

The walls in this hotel are very thin you can hear everything like the toilet flushing and the water from the shower along with everyone walking in the hallway...
