They have a cozy small restaurant across from the lobby and also small room with casino arcade game setup. The parking space is huge - wrapping around the entire building. It would save you a lot of steps if you request the room closest to where you park (each entrance is alphabetical, so ask them to secure your room closest to it). Sound insulation was fair - heard a man next door talking on the phone and also had tv pretty loud. Location is very convenient - just off the I-90.

not go experience Rude Eumeka from front desk did not give us clear instructions our room was 1117.instead of door F she instructed us to go to door G which is to far, not only that she gave us a key that does not work bur on door G and the room Door of 1117, my wife has to go to the front desk which is too far away, we are tired becauseof 7 hours drive, and when we called Mitsy from the front staff rudely replied as I quote If you want our help you have to go to the front

Bed was super super comfortable me and my husband loved the bed it was great for cuddling! The ac was amazing even though it was 57° we had to have the ac on because i overheat really easily

The stay itself was good like always, only thing that was different was the cleanliness of the room. The show was not cleaned appropriately unfortunately and I’m not sure if the entire stall/tub was or if it was just one spot but it had not been touched in awhile.

Although the overall stay was good, the fact they did not inform me of a deposit and just took $100 off my card made me feel like I did not get a good rate. Also, no continental breakfast is kinda a bummer with kids and swimming

It was ok. Not sure why we were given a room in the farthest back corner of the place when it was obvious there were not a lot of people staying there.

Stay was good, driving from Kansas to Alaska and just needed somewhere to stay for the night. Only complaint was that there was lipstick left on one of the towels. Other than that everything was great. The restaurant for breakfast was amazing! and the server was the best part of the whole stay. she deserves a raise!

Do not book this hotel. Partying all night, calling security only made it worse. Not a family friendly as advertised. Front desk gal was lovely the 1st and 2nd time we complained, she was great—she just needs a better place to work. We were assured Expedia and management would make it right. However when a refund was requested we were denied by both claiming we didn’t make any complaints that night and Expedia saying the hotel REFUSED our request. What a scam.

TV quit working after awhile but the weather was below zero so could have been the service. Clock/radio/alarm was broken. Shuttle driver and night desk clerk were super helpful. Nice hotel.

It was a great area for Billings and hospitable. Cleanliness was prevalent in the room and by the cleaning staff in the morning crew. Floor and bathroom was clean enough to feel comfortable walking around without NEEDING socks on. Nice atmosphere and felt safe. Staff was efficient and accurate in answering all my questions being first time travelers.

The property was easy to find, close to our family we were visiting, and the grandkids loved the pool and waterslides — they were the highlight of the trip!!

Only problem I had with handicap room was the bathroom. Wasn’t accessible in any way, had a sliding door which was hard for my mom to open and shut and it went off track. Bathroom was very small. No room for a wheel chair or even a walker

This place is fabulous! Great rates! Awesome lounge with great bartender named Dez. Rooms were clean. It really had everything I needed . And the coffee from the shop was outstanding!!

The hotel was old and not updated like it stated. There was hair all over the room. Tons of mold in the bathroom and crumbs all over the carpet. I was NOT impressed!

Never stay here!! Totally rundown and way over priced!! Noisy at midnight - kids screaming and running in the halls! Terrible experience. You should never list this place again!

Resturant staff is awful. Tried going for dinner all she did was complain so left. Went for breakfast and the hotel staff had to call her to come seat me. Then complainer from last night showed up and was talking all about the "a**holes" from last night. Hotel is very nosy. Rooms arent installated very well hallways loud.

Picked this place for the pool and slides, pics online looked awesome. Pool area was a dungeon, slides shut down and vomit all in the pool (which was still open to swim in) Place is very run down.

The carpet was sticky. The lights didn’t work. The toilet sounded like a tsunami every time someone in an adjacent room turned on their water. It was sooo loud. I could hear everything that happened in the hall which meant a 7am wake up when I was planning to sleep in. House keeping walked into the room at 8am (thank god I was already up) to “see if I wanted clean towels before my checkout”… I only stayed one night and had so not disturb on the door. Yes, they have two water slides but that is their only redeeming quality.

We recently stayed two different times due to my Mother having ankle surgery. We needed a room on the first floor, and they were very quick to accommodate us. My 12-year-old loves the pool and waterslides and I found out that I do as well! Everyone was extremely kind, helpful and genuinely sincere. Thank you B.H.C.C. We'll be back!
