For an older hotel, it is in good condition. Room was clean and comfortable. No issues. Within walking distance to restaurants. Friendly staff.

Staff was amazing! This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was nice to see the same staff from 2 years ago. Great parking options, beautiful lobby, tasty restaurant options and I'm just overall super happy with the experience. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel and rooms are dated but they are kept clean. The area outside the hotel and view from the window is less than ok. Lots of debris and garbage outside as there is a big population of homeless right across the street. The staff were great very friendly and attentive. Our TV would t work so the staff were quick to rectify the situation. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. We were on the third floor and it was very noisy ( lots of banging noises ). If the staff weren't as friendly as they were this one night stay would have been horrible. Thanks to the staff that made it better.

The staff were helpful and pleasant and most of the reason for the positive reviews. However the building itself is dated and the hot water was a problem. You had to run the shower for a good 10 minutes to get any at all. It's also very close to a halfway house or shelter of some sort which made us feel a little uneasy. Not the ideal place for a hotel to be.

Friendly staff, doing their best to make sure accommodations where what we expected. Rooms are cleaned and serviced regularly. You have option to login to your Netflix account. Great full breakfast selections with eggs, bacon and snacks. Lots of cameras in the parking lot to keep riffraff away. Highly recommended!

The property was difficult to locate as the Inn side was only on one side of the building at the back. Also a number of homeless people were hanging around the parking area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Hot continental breakfast was nice to have as an option. Only negative is that sections of the parking lot were in bad condition. We would stay here again.

Good hotel for the price. We slept well. The breakfast ares is small, we did not get a table.the first morning. Unfortunatly, the neighbourhood has a lot of homeless people, I did not feel it was very safe at night but nothing happened to us

This hotel is located near a railway and a firehall. A little noisy although I had a restful sleep. There were some homeless people wandering the streets nearby, but I felt secure in the hotel

The staff at this hotel are very courteous and professional. Any issues are addressed on a timely basis. We travelled with our dog and were welcomed by staff. Pet friendly hotel with clean rooms.

Tried reaching the front desk several times but no answer. We ended up going down to the front desk. Only one agent was on duty and he was stuck outside trying to unscramble several cars trying to park all on the lower level. He also had 3 couples in the lobby waiting to register. He was apologetic for not answering the phone. Seeing our problem was regarding the TV, we told him to come up when he was free. He mentioned that he was alone on duty. We spoke to another agent in the morning who confirmed that this happened regularly. The carpets need replacing. Had asked to be away from noise like elevator and laundry rooms but we were still close to noisy ice machines.

The hotel is very central but it is not a very nice neighbourhood. However the place was nice and clean, the personal was friendly. Good facilities. It was a little difficult to find the parking. Good value for your money.

Solid hotel. The location was convenient as it was right in the middle of Sudbury and close-ish to everything. The hotel is also just down the street from a homeless shelter/outreach centre. It is great that it exists to help the less fortunate, however it did make the surrounding area a bit sketchy. My wife and I did not feel unsafe walking in that neighbourhood, but that may be a concern if you have small children or are a single lady. There were lots of sirens throughout the day and night (it is near fire station and police station, with the hospital only 7 minutes away. The rooms themselves were quite nice, and the bathrooms were especially updated and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was, well, a parking lot. It was a strange shape, cracked and crumbly, but at the end of the day you can park your car. Overall I would recommend this hotel, but if you have kids, please for their sake, find another hotel that has a pool.
