Great as usual, however it would be nice if the menu changed at the restaurants or if they would bring back the evening food buffet. Wait times for dinner were long.

Staff at this resort is just phenomenal. There's nothing they won't do to make your stay more enjoyable. Hotel is not very large means you don't have to walk very far from pool to the restaurant or to your room. Ocean is just amazing, no, there is no natural sand beach, you go into the water from either the pier or stone steps but the water is the most amazing and crystal clear with ton of colorful ocean life right where you enter! Definitely going back again!

Nice small hotel with great staff, service, food and views. One thing that it could make it better is some outside sitting area.

The resort is great but the staff could definitely do a better job given the cost per night. When we arrived, we got our room only at 3:15 PM, and that is after reminding the staff. The Excursion planners were pretty disappointing too, they were more of a sales people for the excursion companies that were not interested in helping with anything outside of what they had to sell, which was very limited. The lines for dinner were very long, up to 2 hours, with some people getting tables without getting into the line, bypassing the common people. The staff was not willing to provide any comments on the waiting times. On the other hand the food was great and the entertainment was better than usual for all inclusive resorts in Mexico.

Poor management. Not responsive to billing related issues. The employees are super friendly. Low quality food.

I had VIP access and had highest level (black band) yet there were no additional perks or benefits that were available for me. The hotel wasn’t as it was expected. There were few restaurant options with very long wait times. The pool would be closed by 7 pm which was terrible as we couldn’t use the pool if we came back from some day time activities. The hotel didn’t have proper beach which was disappointing. Though I had vip access I didn’t get any special amenities

Property overall is nice . Indian restaurant ‘ Agra’ the food was pathetic and most of the food had finished by 9:30 pm , although the restaurant was open till 11 PM, not done in ‘ All inclusive ‘ restuarant. Very few options for Vegetarians. Wish they know what Indian cuisine is and can match up to the standards or rather exceed it. Momo was nice. The Italian restaurant was good too.. The Mexican wasn’t great…

The staff are very friendly and helpful, foods quality are good, Cozumel is very safe place for traveling. The problems are the hotel is too small, the did over register days near to Christmas and the hotel was over crowded. The restaurant were not able to give service to hundreds of people and the chaos happened as we were expecting. Totally we had a good experience with family.
