We were pleased at the cleanliness of the property and the size of the room. We did not like being placed in a room that faced a 400 series highway which was very noisy. Also the property would not accept cash or a Visa Debit card for a security deposit which meant we had to call a friend to use his credit card. If the friend hadn't been available we would not be allowed to stay the night. Breakfast was cold and hard (eggs and sausage. Limited cereal options.

It is right off the highway therefore it makes a get rest stop before crossing the board. The staff are extremely welcoming.

The room was very comfortable. we took two queen beds and the room was big enough to move with the suitcases. The shower was clean and surprisingly big. Breakfast was good and everything we needed to start our day

Bed frames were sharp.took off a chunk of skin, toilet seat height are for children, not a average height, not great for seniors, shower was excellent, small bathrooms.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms immaculate and the hotel was conveniently located. My friends an I were glad we stayed in the Sarnia Comfort Inn.

We tried to check in early but before we could even ask, 2 rude older ladies at the desk said no. When we came back hours later, clearly the next shift was on and they were lovely ladies! Our room was quiet which was amazing but it smelt stale and like feet it was gross but we didn’t wan’t to give up our quiet location. The AC in the room also needs to be fixed it was SO loud and rattled. We turned the tv up to mask the noise. Breakfast was great, hotel itself is clean and WiFi is great. Our 2nd stay here and we’ll be back just hoping for a better smell next time

Nothing to look at around the property. Street facing rooms are noisy so I’ll remember that for next time. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean and staff are nice.

Reception was bad. Key didn’t work at room came down to have it reprogrammed and was ignored. Had to stand t the back of the line. Called the front desk and they put me on hold. People in front saw it all and thought it was funny and let me in in front. These two shouldn’t be working in hospitality!

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced. To top it off, there’s a hot breakfast included. This property is a don’t miss if staying in the Sarnia area. Sheryl at the front desk is great. Super stay
