Hotel is not in the most ideal area. Walking to the Falls was not possible. The route along the river was under construction and closed, and did not feel safe walking in the evening the other way that was described by the front desk. Food options for dinner were limited.

Short walk from the hotel to the Falls. Good parking, breakfast OK. Not yet up to what I'd expect from a Radisson. None the less, id stay again.

Front desk staff was not friendly and acted bothered when we went to purchase food items or beverages. The tv in our room did not work so thankful for our cell phones. The only positive was the room was clean. Elevator takes a long time to get from floor to floor.

Good place, parking lot is a pain. Hot tub kinda iffy. Floor must’ve warped in our room as it was obnoxiously noisy, felt sorry for people below. Breakfast was very good. Hot food, great variety!!

Stopped on an overnight stay traveling through

Finding a parking spot was horrible. TV is very small and found food under bedskirt. Went out to my vehicle and there was a clearly a prostitute standing on the property. It seemed like a nice hotel but it was downtown. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stay was great, hot tub wasn’t out of service for the one night we stayed and the restaurant attached also had really delicious food.

The lady in front counter who attended us was very friendly. I had a little problem with the room, which at one point made noise and she quickly offered me a room change. Fortunately, the noise went away and there was no need to change.

This hotel is showing it's age but is right down by what I would call the downtown district. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Parking lot is small. There's a bar/restaurant that's nice.

Lovely place. Staff was fantastic. Can’t say enough about Sharon, the lady who ran the breakfast every morning. She was so accommodating and made us feel at home. Only negative was that the room darkening curtains do not close all the way. They leave about a 3ft opening with sheers only. Room was way to bright at night, we had an extremely bright street light shining in out room all night, Complained to the front desk and the quickly changed our room and discounted the price of our stay.

Parking was terrible, lots of cars parked for downtown activities and not enforced to be hotel guests only. Front desk staff was less than friendly. Beds and pillows were one of the worst I’ve slept on.

Overall it was a good stay, housekeepers were a bit loud and obnoxious. I also left my makeup bag behind hoping the housekeepers would turn it in but didn’t… therefore they kept it or threw it away. Sucks because my makeup was worth more than the room we stayed in but oh well guess that was my mistake.

The only problem was that the shower had a limiter to how hot the water could get, which was set to a very cold temperature. It made for very cold showers

4th floor stay with a broken elevator. One of our rooms had a sewer odor, so our friends got moved to 2nd floor and had their room rate increased! Exercise room equipment was also not functioning properly! On the Bright side, Sharon was fantastic serving/preparing Breakfast!

one of my guest basically checked and had to chek back out and go home , the smell of the hotel was as if the was sewage backed up and the smell was bad in their room.
