What a find. Best hotel we stayed in over a 10 day trip from West coast to East. Big bright modern rooms. Overlooked the Castle of the Children’s Hospital. Aircon was silent. Bed comfortable

I felt safe here. The staff was excellent - helpful and pleasant. Fitness room was just right for me. The lobby area was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The room was large. I would stay here again.
A couple of odd things. They ran out of regular coffee pods for the in-room coffee machines. I wound up going to McDonalds at 6 am to get coffee. They sent a text about a 4-6 pm Happy Hour, but there was never one. They did point out discounts on beer and wine in their kiosk area.

Nice clean property.
Staff was not hospitable. Super noisy being next to a hospital with helicopters flying in and out at all hours right outside the window.
