When I arrived there was a note at the front desk that said the elevator was temporarily out of order and they hoped it would be working shortly. The problem was that the sign looked like it had been there for awhile. I was given a room on the 2nd floor. The guy working the front desk immediately offered to take my suitcase upstairs for me, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was just okay. There were scrambled eggs (kind of watery at the bottom) sausage, waffles, and cereal every day. The only thing that changed were the muffins. The gal in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was close to the freeway and easily accessed. The front desk and housekeeping staff was always friendly.
