Front desk staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Rooms were nice. Bed was comfy but the pillows were not lol the breakfast place in the resort WAS AMAZING!! Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time!

My room was nice and clean, all employees were helpful and attentive to my needs. The only part I forget is the drinks that are available to me during my stay.

Check in long! I booked through a third party they said so they had to spend 20 min in another location looking for my reservation once found they did not tell me about my 20 percent off room and food credit. Why? Not very wheelchair friendly .carpet all through very hard to roll the wheels. Need to be more handicapp and wheelchair friendly

This place was absolutely filthy. Stains on the sheets, dry skin flakes, and paper napkins in one of the beds in our double bed room. Horrific. Please don’t stay here or give this place your business.

So, usually when you put out thr do not disturb sign, they don’t disturb. They just ignored the sign. The stay itself was fine but that really ticked me off. Housekeeping still came in. Also, no coffee makers or refrigerators in the rooms so they can make more money selling more food and expensive coffee. Not super impressed but location was good and parking was plentiful.

Palace station was very nice - overall friendly and clean. There were 4 of us and we originally booked 2 queen beds 3 weeks before. Upon arrival there was only one room left with one king bed. The check in desk did upgrade us to the top suite and there was plenty of space and absolutely beautiful. One couple had to sleep on the couch and the hotel supplied sheets blankets and pillows for the couch. We were made very comfortable.

The Palace Station is awesome. Fun affordable property with a great environment. A lot of choices for dining located on the property. I recommend the Boathouse.. Fantastic!! The staff was super friendly. Check-in was easy. Overall, great trip. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms are old and they have a stingy smell. Even though it was a "non smoking" room the smell if Marijuana throughout the hallway was terrible. Beds were lopsided, bathrooms were dirty and dusty. The only good thing was tge French toast at the restaurant.

The hotel has been upgraded and is very clean and spacious for the price. The front desk people were great. I was surprised that there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room. That is an upcharge but when I explained I needed the fridge for insulin, the fee was waived. Would definitely stay there again.

Definitely mixed feelings about the property. The dining is excellent, absolutely top-notch. However, the location is a good distance off the main strip and the rooms are at least 10 years old. It seems. It’s time for a complete redo of the rooms in the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and overall quiet rooms. I wish the fitness center was a bigger and easier to find. Need more signage. Having a 24/7 restaurant was great. Overall, great value for what you’re getting in amenities.

We were supposed to stay a Wednesday and Thursday nights but were called and advised that they had no more rooms Wednesday so they were going to move us to the Santa Fe Station sister hotel. We went as we had no alternative (we’d prepaid) and were very disappointed by the distance as well as the condition of the Santa Fe. We were able to return to the Palace for the Thursday night and while we were on the 21st floor the room was so small. It appeared that the room may have been part of a bigger suite and the bed was situated in a small alcove which blocked the window and the entire view! The bathroom was tiny. We were not happy at all. Palace has always been our “go to” hotel in Vegas, but we will now be seeking the many alternatives available.

My room at Palace Station was fine. Nothing special but clean and relatively updated. The Oyster Bar is always phenomenal and was the main motivation for staying here. My issue is that someone from the hotel staff tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. They knocked on my door and then tried to open it. Fortunately I had the security bar engaged. I called the front desk for security and the security person said they were the ones who tried to enter because they thought the room was vacant and they were trying to do house keeping. Not sure why they needed to do this in the middle of the night, but it basically ruined my night of sleep.

Worst service mattress very uncomfortable, they dont have a refrigerator in the rooms and if you ask for one they charge you $15 per day im not recommended
