Nice and clean. A few things could be upgraded, but a great basic room. We are out all day and just needed a room to sleep. It was perfect and did the job. Hotel was close to the beach and RV park where our friends were staying. I’d definitely recommend it.

The office smelled horrible, the room had mold inside the sink and the shower. I could hear the people to the side of me talking inside their room. The kids on the top floor above me were stomping and running around all night.

Monica at front desk was very nice and professional. The room itself was not as nice. There was a weird moldy smell and the bathroom towels are worn and old looking. But I guess this is what $87 will get you for a night stay near pismo beach pier.

While the hotel, and the room itself, had a very recent remodel and was very clean and nice, the hotel's WiFi was terrible and TV only provided streaming services where you had to use your own account.

We have stayed here same time last year we loved the pool it was heated and everything but this time it was getting remodeled, ok that’s fine but when we got to the room we THOUGHT everything was fine at first until it was time to shower the water was FREEZING cold, I had layed down was fixing the pillows THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE PILLOWS so that was the last straw. I went to the front desk told him about the shower he said “it’s an old building you have to just run the sink” and for the blood on the pillow he literally just took the pillow and wrote a note . He was RUDE ! I’ve honestly never complained about any hotel but this one was just wow … very disappointing.

I like staying here because the staff is nice, the rooms are basic for the affordable price, but the construction sometimes is quite the inconvenience. Knowing it advance the pools aren’t available would be nice to know. Rooms look updates but the craftsmanship is a bit messy. Our towel hanger fell off when I went to dry my hands. Like how? Anyways. Since they can’t offer breakfast right now their morning breakfast bags are decent. Overall a 3/5. It’s the price for the location and amenities.

Very nice hotel for the price! It’s right next to the outlets. About a 20 minute walk to the pier. Lots of food options within walking distance. I felt safe and it was very quiet. The bed was comfy and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. Close to everything!!!!

The Hotel / inn is so lovely . It has a beautiful vibe ..the amenities that matter to me didn't disappoint. The heated pool / Jacuzzi are clean and open till 10 pm. Perfect for relaxing after exploring. We will come back .

Pool had dirt ring and both days stayed there the pool and jacuzzi had dead flies all over it. I was told that the jacuzzi waterfall turns on at 1-2pm I was in there from 2-330pm and still was not on, even when I went back to the pool at 530pm. Remote was broken apart and tv did not work. Had dirty work tools laying around the room

We had such great service; the room was perfect condition. The staff were very caring and helped with anything we asked. Great walking distance to the main Pismo Pier. Would recommend this hotel.

The first room key didn’t work and we had taken our belongings with us, so back to the office given another room and it smelled terrible! As if someone had urinated all over the carpet. I asked for another room none available. I used Lysol and requested the room be shampooed. It was better.

It's quite pricey for the accomodations. Pool area definitely needs redone. It looks like they are in the process of renovating. Staff very nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance and Transit station so you can hop on a bus to SLO.

Fast easy check in the lady was super friendly and wven asked kf we wanted upstairs or down which was a nice option. They offered a sack breakfast which will hold u off till you get a actual meal. The HOT Tub! Was perfect! Ended the night relaxing

There was a spoon under the bed sheet. The tv kept going in and out and was fuzzy the whole time. The air conditioning was not working properly. I informed staff about what I’d found and they said I put it there and was just going to have to deal with it or I could pay for the stay and leave. I was traveling to enjoy myself and ended up leaving Pismo early because I was just so appalled at how my stay was and they didn’t even try to apologize or figure anything out. They also recharged my card for a different amount and argued with me about getting it back.

Ugh. Never again. Hotel felt like low security prison. Rooms are sad. There is no lobby, just a poorly converted room. Had to wait a long time for someone to check me in as nobody was in the “room”. However, was very friendly and courteous when she showed up.

I really like this hotel. Check in was easy the staff polite and quick. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for anyone including families with children. Not to mention there are a lot of deals through various sites and it is 100’s less than other hotels.

When we arrived the property looked nice and the areas were clean. Check in was easy and the young lady at the desk was very kind and explained what was being charged to my card. The room was nice and clean. At check out there was an older woman who was very rude and took our room key and threw it to one side. She didn't say thank you or even thanked us for staying there. I was glad that we were leaving.
