Great location. Clean and quiet hotel. Love that our dog is welcome there and always given a room near the exit to let him out quickly. Good breakfast options.

Great bed, super comfy. Can't beat the price. The staff was super friendly. There was an issue on the first night, that they took care of right away, and were super kind about it. Would definitely stay here again.

Every staff member there was so friendly, polite and helpful! We were in town for a swim meet and the hotel staff taped inspirational swim quotes to our doors and mirror. They had goldfish crackers and water bottles for the swimmers in the rooms and Swedish fish candies for all of them to enjoy. What an amazing welcome! Highly recommend!

Hotel was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travelling. Really enjoyed the restful sleep on very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again. We had late check in and staff offered us late check out and even kept the breakfast open later for us. Who does that?

I like it because of the nice lady was very pleasent and patience with me at the end of day we fixed our little error which I made my. I can't remember her name but she called the manager,tex the owner and called her co-worker if you read this I thank you so much,🌷

Great hotel. Stayed here many times. Walls are a little thin, but overall great place to stay. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of variety. Would stay again. Staff at front desk was very friendly.Location is few steps from riverfront.

Was traveling with family, last minute booked the Sleep Inn, was not disappointed at all! The manager checked me in as the other employee was busy, she greeted me professionally and friendly. After walking up to our room, I will say first impression the room was on the smaller side. There were double beds, but!! The bed was so comfortable, I slept amazing!!! Breakfast in the morning did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 would recommend! If I ever return Sleep Inn will be my first choice!

The biggest complaint is that there is no elevator, had to haul luggage up the stairs to the second floor. The rooms were pretty nice. Carpets are a tad bit worn. Towels and the pillows are extra nice.

heard the neighbours every night like they were talking to me in my room, rug in room was torn up in a section, a/c was set at 18 as i like it cool to sleep never came on always read room temp 22.. it’s like they controlled it, and only clean your room every 3rd day wasn’t on site when booking otherwise i wouldn’t have booked it.. breakfast in morning was good .. staff was friendly …

I only stayed for one night but it was a lovely stay. The room was very clean on arrival and the furnishings were like new. On arrival, Sunday evening, the check in was easy and staff super friendly. The continental breakfast offered a variety of fresh food. For the price, I will be staying her the next time I come the the Soo.

Had a quiet night and a comfortable bed. Close to a waterfront park which included some walking/biking paths. Decent breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff. Reasonable rates.

Staff was nice. Bed was comfy but our ‘king bed’ was two smaller beds pushed together. Looked like there was water damage in the halls and they smelled really bad. There was black mold in the shower. Shower and sink drain was clogged. No elevator. A/C was super old and loud/ startling when it turned on.

beautiful place to stay. it was our first trip to Sault Ste. Marie and the hotel was in a great location. Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. the hot breakfast was amazing. would recommend the Sleep Inn to everyone.
