We had a wonderful stay at the Island City House. Accommodations were wonderful and staff friendly. Daily cleaning was nice. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel set in a garden setting. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Large rooms with kitchen.Only negative was sofa bed not comfortable . Great location

Easy walk to Duval street and the marina. Had a nice balcony overlooking the lush garden. Room would be a nice studio apartment. Rental bikes could be nicer.

Location close to bars & restaurants, yet quiet for sleeping. Property is a beautiful lush greenery walkthrough! Full of original character inside & out and very clean. A great place to stay and will choose this place after renting several others in the past!
Only challenge was finding street parking close by, but there is a 15 minute parking spot to unload & load next to the building.

The property is beautiful and all the staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious and the gardens are lovely. Unfortunately, it is not very sound proof and other guests were not respecting the "quiet hours". Even if they were, doors slamming and walking on the stairs right behind our bed at night were still quite loud.

I shouldn’t say too much because or this place will be sold out when I want to return. This place is one of the few remaining great places in the heart of Key West that is still a fair price for what you get. Three different buildings with different pricing make it affordable for most. Limited parking like everywhere in that area but doable. Housekeeping was excellent!

A wonderful quiet small hotel in old town. Its a great place to stay with a family and is super quiet. We stayed for a entire week and would definitely use them again. It is super close to everything and you truly dont need to rent a vehicle

Quaint tropical vibe hotel with beautiful views of landscape or pool area. Bert the cat wanders the property eager to meet visitors whether you are leaving for the day or coming back. Our King suite was perfect for stay. Full kitchen, dining table and living room made it feel like home. The hammock on our balcony at the Cigar House bldg was a relaxing perk. Great trip all around.

Lovely stay in charming hotel. Great location. We could easily walk everywhere. Quiet enough to get a good sleep though. We felt safe walking round the area once it was dark.

A central place. You can walk anywhere. Quiet and super comfortable rooms. Rental bikes available with the best price. Check in was super easy. Guest services, front desk very nice and friendly. 5 start service, location and comfort.

We stay at Island City House every March with my whole family and this year we got w great deal for September so we could not miss the chance to come back for a visit. The staff is beyond outstanding and always so professional and accommodating. We normally request the same room on the first floor and it was unavailable for this visit so we were on the 2nd floor which was just as nice. We love the neighborhood because everything is in walking distance yet we don't have the noise of the busier areas. Island City house had made some lovely improvements in the pool and garden area and everything is so well taken care of. We highly recommend Island City House and in the 7 years we have been going there with our family, we have never been disappointed.

Hotel was nice. Large house and some guest houses converted into an Inn. The room was nice, had a small kitchenette and balcony. No parking at the hotel which was pretty inconvenient. Had to park in a public garage about a ten minute walk away so the morning we checked out we had to go to the front desk give our keys and then I had to walk over to the garage pick up the car and drive back to pick up my wife and our luggage as well as give the hotel back the parking pass. The parking pass they give is also $15 extra per day but the garage charges $40 a day so it’s a bit of a discount from normal but still pretty inconvenient to have to pay extra for parking and then walk for ten minutes to get to your car.

Great place to stay. Able to walk to most places. Very comfortable beds. Loved that the room we had had a porch for us to sit and have my morning coffee. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Key West

A beautiful property with lush gardens and a nice quiet pool area. Beautiful pathways through tropical foliage. Bike rentals on property. Super convenient to the marina and to Mallory Square and Duvall Street. My interactions with the staff were all very favorable. This is our new go to place when we visit Key West.
