The motel is in an industrial section of town and not that easy to find. It is an older building that is under construction as people are trying to stay there. It is somewhat noisy and dirty. The bed was fairly comfortable, but I could not figure out how to use the remote on the tv. I cannot say it was the best stay on my trip. Parking was very limited, too.

Property was under room rennovation which should enhance the attractiveness although the rooms available (not rennovated) were very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and eager to meet your needs. Property is in an semi-industrial area and isolated from other Motels and conveniences. However, shopping and some Restaurants are only a mile away. Highly recommend the Hong Kong Chinese food restaurant on Carpenter Road. The best Chinese food in California.

The hotel is being remodeled, so it did not look the greatest. The room was spacious and clean, and I was comfortable. The desk clerk was outstanding.

Room 319. 1 night. Nice clean room. Although i noted the smell of weed a couple of times. Not bad but noticeable. Told reception they said they trying to find who to remove them ??. Only coffee in loby. Felt very safe and would stay again $50 deposit in cash received back when room checked.

Everything was excellent I stayed here for over a week just about. The housekeepers during the week were great, the one who works Sunday was rude and invasive. The front desk lady during the week was rude and had attitude so I just kept quiet while checking in everyday. Overall great place for a good price if you book online. 100$ deposit was a little execessive.

Recently renovated average priced Motel, good internet, good clean rooms, no breakfast though, good staff. Just the corridors, I presume are in the works for renovation.

They ran a $100 deposit over and over and it wouldn’t go through. The place was so sketchy that I didn’t want to give my bank card to them. i had to find an ATM at 10:00 at night and it took almost an hour to get checked in. i wasn’t give a bill or any paperwork and we were charged an extra $25 for our pet which was not disclosed at the time of booking. All be told, we could have stayed a a MUCH nicer place nearby for the same price when all the extras and hassle were added in.

When I got to the hotel, front desk guy told me they were booked for the night. I told him I had a reservation, and he said well we don’t have any rooms available. I said well I need a place to stay and if you’re not gonna give me my room and I need my money back. He was kind of a jerk, didn’t help me or say sorry or anything, I just said you’re gonna have to call hotels.com and figure it out. So rude I’ll never come back to this hotel, even if you give me a room for free .

Hotel was not clean and was in complete disrepair. Rooms were falling apart and felt dirty with stains on carpets, walls and ceiling. Disgusting. Pool was empty, no water, luckily there was no intention to use it. Beds would not have fit two adults comfortably. Didn’t feel safe in neighborhood.

This is not a four star hotel, it is closer to a motel but the beds are new, comfortable and clean. You will sleep good. Shower was great. The hotel itself is older and in need of renovation but for the price it did not bother me. The price was reasonable and my family slept well. The pool is closed so do not expect to go swimming- it has no water.

My sister room had a cockroach, we came back from our event and it smelled like someone was burning something, you could smell it all through the hall. Took the stairs because the elevator was muggy and sounded sketch, like it could get stuck at anytime. There were some drunk guys hanging around the parking lot in the bushes by our car. Husband tried the coffee maker but it didn’t work. Refrigerator was wobbly and teter back and forth when trying to open it.

The chek out help was rude and the most unfriendly person. There is druged out prostitutes walking around the parking lot. Really scary place to stay.

This was a just OK hotel. The room was clean with good wifi. The location was near 2 highwys which was good for someone here for work. The breakfast was limited and there was nowhere to get breakfast at a restaurant nearby. The choice of restaurants nearby was limited. There were some homeless characters milling around the backside of hotel

I have stayed at more hotels and especially Quality Inn hotels than i can count and this one was the worst. Our check in was fine, apart from the one key to two guests thing. When we did a first walk through of the room before going to dinner things smelt like diluted fabuloso so we thought things would be okay. That night we found blood stains on the counter in the bathroom, bathroom wall behind the door, along the trim of the door in the bathroom, outside the bathroom there were drips of cleaner and blood showing someone sprayed what they saw but never wiped it up, and on every other wall in the room we found anywhere from three to ten blood trails and cleaner trails of blood. The microwave was also broken which was very concerning; a device like that should not run after the ding at zero. One of the most concerning things was coming back from dinner and seeing blood on the little refrigerator that is stark white in color, how does someone miss that? But, this is my biggest concern, when we tried to lay down for the night i found two pillows that smelt horribly of vomit. I took off the pillow cases and checked it and the pillows and it was in fact the pillows itself. Coming out of a pandemic i would have expected a cleaner standard to be upheld or when we call down to the main desk about what we found in the room and the improperly set time clock that made us miss the brekafast being offered that we would get a better response than well what do you expect me to do about it.

I like the fact that there is plenty of parking space I didn’t like the fact that the tv doesn’t work, The room not clean to the standards of Quality inn, The guy at the front desk definitely needs some training on how to do his job, I been staying in hotels for over 12 years at least 2 to 3 times a week and this guy here was by far the worst one at the front desk

WARNING - I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. Stay away from this place. We canceled our second night and now we are out $150. There is a $200 non-refundable deposit at booking so you won’t see the place and run. Our nieghboors were partying at 2:30 am and smoking pot. Called the overworked night mananger and no change. The hotel is absolutely disgusting. You can tell the owner just wants to milk it and not put any money into this place. Filthy floors. Ratty blankets on the bed. Water stains on the ceilings that have been poorly painted over. No hot water in the shower because the hot and cold were switched. Found that out later. The elevator was barely staying together and its safety permit has expired. When we asked another guest about the breakfast he described like this. “I don’t know what that was but it was not breakfast.” The list goes on and on.
