I always enjoy staying at The Biltmore, and overall I have had very positive experiences here. The hotel itself is beautiful and the standards are very high.
One small area that could be improved is the reception experience. I would appreciate a warmer and more welcoming approach — a smile, a little more attentiveness, and perhaps an offer to assist with luggage would make a big difference. At times, the check-in can feel a little too transactional, as if the focus is mainly on collecting documents and payment. A more personal and caring welcome would make the experience truly exceptional.
