The smoke detector outside our room area chirped for 2 and a half days. Someone finally took it down. Very dangerous for fire safety. They did not care and desk employees were very unhelpful. They didn’t care, did not know when maintenance would be in. Try sleeping with hearing chirping every 38 seconds and then it was 56 seconds and then it was 26 seconds. Yes I timed it. Couldn’t sleep. Again no one cared. We wonder who removed it and why. They didn’t care when we told them.

I was impressed with the staff helpfulness. I’m older and needed some assistance managing things. The room was spacious and everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Varied breakfast selection with “real” cutlery and coffee mugs, plates, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean. No hot water in the afternoon for showering. Told front desk and was told no one showers in the afternoon. They never got back with an answer. It’s difficult and no fun to take a shower with cold water. We finally got hot water around 9:30p.m. Rooms that face Linebacker/- music till 2-3am . Super loud. Breakfast food was not hot eggs, sausage, bacon. Please remember you asked. Some employees at the desk are very nice. Yes we will still stay there but disappointed this time.

The Ivy Court is always amazing to stay at, the people are wonderful, rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast is just a perfect start to the day

Very clean, breakfast was great, nice ce crew working. I was near an exit and the door kept slamming shut so was annoying. Room was big and close to everything ND.

The handicapped accessibility was poor.
Wheelchairs are difficult enough without obstacles.
The beds were uncomfortable and the toilets
are very low for mature (older) adults including handicapped.

All good except elevator door opens and closes at a glacial pace. Hotel seems a bit tired but overall stay was fine.

This is my third time staying, and it is always comfortable without frills. Decor somewhat dated. Breakfast is very good!

Great location to Notre Dame. Walkable. Excellent service. Best hotel breakfast we've had in a while. Good variety. They were actually making over easy eggs in the kitchen. Hotel room could use a little renovation but overall good. Great price. Would stay again.

Quaint small older property with excellent breakfast, clean comfortable rooms with necessary all the amenities. Friendly helpful staff. Great proximity to Notre Dame Athletic Venues. Definitely a place I would use again in the future.

We love staying in this homey place. The breakfast is always so good and the room is very comfortable. It's a little worn and the elevator seems sketchy but doesn't take away from the great experience.

I’d really like to give a great review but there were some issues. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. In other reviews I saw complaints about road noise. Our room was right by the road and it was not a problem. My biggest issue was our room was never made up once! We had to go every day and ask for clean towels. Our trash was overflowing because it was never emptied. I’m not into new sheets everyday but at least come in and empty my trash once a day! My other complaint would be it is in definite need of updating. Little things like the crazy slow elevator would have made a huge difference

The PICTURES were so misleading. It showed pictures of a breakfast buffet with hot food, it was a basket of oatmeal packets & rotten fruit. There was no hot food. We checked in and was told we were on the 3rd floor....and oh by the way the elevator doesn't work. Horrible. Would not recommend

Outstanding establishment clean rooms they are spotless and huge! Breakfast is amazing! Only place to stay at South Bend my wife and me have season tickets for Girls basketball and live 13 hours away so staying here makes ride worth it!

Ivy Court Inn was a great place to stay. I don't think I've slept better in years. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast both days was great with many options for everyone and check in and out was fast and pleasant. I would highly recommend Ivy Court Inn to anyone staying in the area. They think of everything from coffee ready all the time to home made cookies in the lobby.

This is a very comfortable place to stay with spacious rooms and efficient staff. It is showing its age somewhat, with stained carpets and the room I stayed in didn't have a reliable door guard which made me feel a little vulnerable.

The hotel is tired. The hot water was not working in the morning, but no accommodation was offered.

Our stay was well beyond our expectations! One of the nicest stays ever. Location was close to Notre Dame football stadium, we walked all around the area. It was fantastic!! The room was large and very clean.
