The room we stayed in was right next to the stairs that went to the second floor all we could hear was people going up and down the stairs all night and at 4:30 in the morning somebody coming down the stairs with a suitcase on wheels. Otherwise it was a good step

The curb appeal made us nervous about our choice. The parking lot, grass, shrubs and entrance could really use some attention. Checkin went well and the reception area was very spacious and nice. We were relieved to see that our room was very clean, nice carpeting and very adequate though small. It was quiet throughout our stay. Beds fine. Breakfast above average with yummy sausage and scrambled eggs and many other options. Attendants kept the food refilled. All in all it was very good. Just get the outdoors spruced up.

Fine for a short stay on a budget. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel looks tired and run down. I was uneasy about my car being safe in the parking lot. They were skimpy on the pillows and towels but did provide more when asked. Tiniest TV! We will likely avoid a future stay here.

Always friendly service and clean. Not your high end hotel but the prices are great for what you get. Typically can get a standard room around $80-$90, but I typically get the hot tub suite, great size hot tub and rate is usually $90-$100. Hot breakfast that typically consists of sausage links, box eggs, waffles, fruit, juice, cereal, bagels, donut holes, hot cocoa, coffee, hot tea. The back of hotel there are a couple of patio areas and seating. I’ve even seen a grill out there. When I have used the pool a couple of times the water temp was great.

Seemed clean. There was a fairly powerful perfumy smell in the hotel that I didn't care for. Not sure if it was related to a cleaning product or laundry soap.
Room was comfy enough for the overnight stay.
Breakfast was better than expected for this type of stay...eggs, sausage, waffles,cereal.

I enjoyed my hotel stay. The parking was easy and plentiful. The front desk staff was friendly. There was even complimentary dinner M-Th. (Who does that!). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. No complaints.

We stayed here for an Iowa Hawkeye sporting event, and it met our needs perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. The light evening soup and sandwich was a surprising bonus. And just a short 0.5 mile walk to CHA. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel! We have stayed here many times! The location and service are perfect and the pricing can’t be beat! The only complaint I would have is the beds could be more comfortable! Everything else is perfect!

Hair and pieces of toilet paper in bathroom upon arrival. Beds are hard and there was not enough pillows and towels for our stay. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I could hear the people in the room above me making a ton of noise until 3 am. The breakfast was undesirable, eggs were very watery. There was not a good variety of options to choose from.

Was kindly upgraded which was definitely appreciated and unexpected. Would appreciate additional pillows on a king bed (just 3). . Asked for 3 extra and was told just two but medically needed the third.

The stay was very good. Took a family member for hospital treatment. Hotel is very close to the hospital. It was clean. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and a light dinner during the week. Yvonne at the front desk is the absolute best.

First hotel I have ever seen that has served "dinner" However, the "dinner" was a plain salad mix, soup, and make your own sandwich in which each meat and cheese was in a separate sandwich bag. It was simple. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was close to where I needed to be and the cost was reasonable. They nor hotels.com send me a receipt that I need for work so that is not cool.

The staff are so friendly. So impressed with the services this hotel offers to our military families who are staying here to go to the VA hospital. Rooms are roomy and beds are comfortable.

I called ahead for an early check in and they assured me a room would be ready by 1:30. Unfortunately, due to work we couldn't check in early. The gentleman checking us in asked if our travel was ok, he was concerned as I had planned an early check in. Staff was very thougtful and kind. We enjoyed a warm complimentary dinner of chili, hotdog and salad with cookies for dessert. The room smelled nice and was very clean. We attempted a dip in the pool, but was a bit cool for us. The pool area was very clean and the pool temperature was fine, but after a day outside for work in the cold, too cool for our blood...haha.

I stayed at this hotel before having a medical procedure, and it was a great choice. The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff was helpful and considerate. The room was comfortable, providing a welcoming place to rest before my procedure and for my husband to relax while he waited for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation near the hospital.

The room we were assigned was next to the staircase and the noise reverberated in our room every single time someone went up and down the stairs all night long. Horrible sleeping situation. Too many times with hotels.com that we get stuck next to ice machines, elevators and stairwells.

Room was relatively clean and staff were courteous, the surrounding property feels somewhat unsafe and trash bins and hallways were messy and unclean areas. for the price, I was satisfied, for a very short stay.
