I hate getting rushed and watched while I’m trying to have a peaceful time with my family Check out at 11 they was knocking on my door at 830 in the morning talking about housekeeping

Based on the photos online, we thought we would be staying in a hotel, but this Red Roof Inn is more like a motel, with two stories and doors to the rooms facing the parking lot. We were on the second floor, and there isn't an elevator. The room was fine, but the floors are vinyl/linoleum and could use a good sweep and mop. The bedskirt had gunk on it, and the fan in the bathroom was very loud and squeaky. The motel is close to the highway, and there was a loud rumble/vibration throughout the night, and I couldn't figure out if it came from the hotel itself or from the highway. Otherwise, the room was quiet. The motel does not have an ice maker, but the front desk will provide ice from an ice tray made in a freezer in one of the back rooms if you ask. Breakfast is starch-based (cereal, bagels/toast), coffee and juice but no protein (not even hard boiled eggs or yogurt) or fruit. The bed was comfortable and the linens were very nice. We appreciated the refrigerator, microwave, desk and coffee maker in the room. If you need a safe place to sleep on a limited budget, this is your place.

Ceiling drywall was wet and crumbled in front of the door entry. The ceiling fire alarm sensor was constantly beeping. On the bright side we asked for a new room and was given one. The enclosed middle entry by the stair well had no smoking signs and stank with smoke and the concrete floor was crumbly and needed to be refinished.

The front desk man opens your door without knocking at 11pm at night. I own a company so I have several employees that have stayed at this location. 2 of them complained about this situation.

Traffic noise at this place is awful. Had to leave the TV on all night to try to drown it out. The bed was clean but the bathroom was not. Hairs all over the place.

Although I arrived late to the property they were understanding of the issue caused by Bloomington Inn and I'm happy they were able to help. Both My kitten Bailey and I slept well thank you so much.

Very uncomfortable bed. Very low water pressure, shower was 2 little weak streams . Toilet barely flushed and then clogged.

This was a terrible experience. There were sex workers littering the property, the room was disgusting and grimy, and there was blood under the pillow on the bed in the room that was rented. The neighbors were noisy and were inviting g the sex workers in for their services.

The front desk was nice, but we had no remote control for the TV. We looked everywhere and it was so late when we got back to room we didn’t bother to go to front desk. Kind of a bummer, but at least we could get the TV on by the buttons on the back of it.

A/C never cooled the room to a comfortable temperature even though the outside temp was between 68 and 84. Thankfully the carpet has been replaced with a hard floor but it was covered in dust bunnies. The toilet was not solidly attached to the floor. Poor accommodation all the way around.

There was a very large, living silverfish in sink upon arrival. There was a spider crawling in shower. Very low water pressure in sink. Shower head spreads out water so wide and thin, it doesn't hit anywhere in particular. Hook on bathroom door hanging by one screw (didn't use proper hardware for hollow door.) Breakfast bar set a new low.

The rooms were in good condition with comfortable beds. The hotel was not very full and we were placed in the room around the back of the hotel. Parking lot was not very well lit but the room was quiet. We were traveling with a dog and they were accommodating with a ground level room.

They couldn’t find my reservation at check-in, then he finally got it and when we got to the room it had a horrible odor, the beds were uncomfortable and just overall not good.

Hotel across street didn’t honor reservation so last minute booking here. Front desk staff was exhausted, could barely communicate he was yawning and looked like about to pass out. Room was fine, dated, needs updating, but the mattress was comfy. Homeless seem to be hanging out behind property but didn’t cause any issues.

The hotel is very close to the freeway. At night it was noisy. The room and staff members were good. No healthy breakfast offered (even no eggs).

We actually didn’t even stay. We arrived at 7pm. Were given a room on the 2nd floor, not great with our small dog. We were told nothing was available on the 1st floor. The room itself looked nice, it had been updated. But this was during a heat advisory, there was no air on in the room and no way would the small unit have cooled it down before bedtime. We were past the free cancellation time so we just left and went elsewhere.

My bed was broken and the desk person was very rude. When I asked about compensation, she became belittling and claimed the money came from her. Very unprofessional and definitely should not be in the hospitality business.

We were stranded by another hotel that did not honor our reservation. Found this Red Roof Inn an hour further on our trip. Although it is an older hotel, it was clean, and the beds were very comfortable!!! We arrived after midnight and everything went smoothly. We were very grateful to find rooms on a busy night at the last minute!!

Our door did not close properly. Had to muscle it closed from the inside and could not make it stay closed from the outside so we had to take all our stuff with us when we went out in the evening. Red wall inside had been repaired with two different colors of paint, bathroom was cramped, no kleenex, flimsy toilet paper and a dismal breakfast. Staff was nice but rather than repair door while we were out the just managed to get it closed. And then it was almost impossible to get open when we returned. We knew we were doing budget accommodations but that shouldn’t mean unsafe

Stayed there for a week I have several pictures of roaches,my bathroom wasn’t clean and under my bed looked like it had not been vacuumed in decades. A guy start running outside screaming help over and over at 2 am until he disappeared and the cops arrived to question people staying in the rooms, all together a terrible experience.
