I stay one night and I like it,the front desk people really nice, the parking was good,i definitely recommend this hotel,the only thing is the room didn't have a mini fridge but everything was great.

Room smelled like smoke there was roaches and the sheets did not seem like they were clean. No cleaning of my room at all.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!! I didn’t expect nothing fancy for the price I paid but the experience was horrible. I got two rooms the first room was not cleaned from the prior visit we had eyelashes stuck to the wall in the bath tub with a used bar of soap on the floor so it clear it was not even looked at by house keeping. Now let’s get to my second room the bed had a deep big enough to sink into and the heater didn’t work. Again I didn’t expect anything fancy for the price I paid but I at least expected the bare minimum to be done NEVER NEVER book here. I changed hotels the next day. Do yourself and your family a favor and RUN from this place. Check in was a headache as well as they couldn’t even find my reservation but I could clearly see my name on a list of people waiting to check in. RUN don’t walk.

The bathroom was dirty and the bathroom sink was gross

In this facility the manager Rosa doesn’t like complaining even though as a guest we have the proof and just to name some: dirty toilets at the check in, cockroaches, dirty walls and even holes in the walls. However you can’t complain because like I said you’ll get banned directly from the manager. I mean since when the employers has the rights.

The room had a weird smell to it. There wasn’t water available for the toilet to be flushed. Not enough towels.

The rooms are actually not too bad for a Motel 6, it is slightly loud since it is next to a freeway and gentleman’s club. But I mean other than that it was not bad at all. Front Desk was super nice!

The staff are very kind

The hotel smelled like cigarettes in non smoking rooms and the toilet had a cracked top. The rooms were not cleaned properly and they did not let us check in until after 430 because they were no rooms avaliable. Terrible customer service and many people had the same issue with their rooms .

Unsafe. Parking lot very active at 1am when we got there.

Not good at all. Sorry. But will never stay there again. I been staying at hotels at least twice every year. And never with any complaints. But this hotel wast not clean. The smoke smell was horrible on the two rooms that i booked. My daughter even found a cockroach. It was bad.

First room reaked of smoke unsafe area left to office checked another room it was worse so I checked out

Property did not have any hot water morning or night. Forced to shower in icy cold water. Property air-con smelled horrible so it was either you sleep in a hot room that smelled "normal" or a cold room that smelled bad. Area around was very noisy with trains and cars doing donuts. Supposed to be a non smoking room but the smell said otherwise. Would not come back nor book again.

Solid place. Most likely would book another stay if I had to be in Fullerton again.

The stay was fine overall for 1 night. Smit at front desk helped me move to a smoking room that was showed differently on my itinerary from hotels.com. The only concern was whoever the maid was that put new towels in room 211 the day of my stay, had left new towels with hairs on them that were not mine or my wife’s. Went to front desk and was given new towels the next morning.

Mold in shower walls, giant cockroaches

The rooms appear to be clean but when you turn the lights on the roaches scatter.

Avoid this place like the plague because that’s what you will likely bring home in your luggage. Arrived in the early evening. Lots of homeless people walking around the lot, Clearly a sketchy part of town. I know the hotel is not responsible for that. Lobby staff were disinterested. No security deposit needed. No wonder… place was terrible. Room was tired and dirty. Floor stained and counters covered in a greasy film. Bathtub stained and the room has a dank smell. That night I thought I could see something move across the countertop by the TV. I discovered that a whole bunch of cockroaches were living in and around the TV unit. Also spotted several small bed bug looking creatures crawling up and around the wall. I moved all of my stuff out of the room and kept. On check out I spoke with lobby staff and they offered me a $20 refund. No thanks, this place should be shut down. Made a formal complaint and they subsequently confirmed that they have a cockroach and bedbug infestation. DO NOT STAY HERE and if you do DO NOT BRING KIDS. They offered me a free stay another time but then agreed to refund me in full.
