The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was wonderful but the manager made my stay horrible. She said loud enough for everyone to hear my card was declined due to insufficient funds. It was actually her mistake she ran the wrong card. I only stay at the Hampton, but if she’s there I’d rather sleep in my car than deal with her again.

Was not greeted.. Had a trainer and trainee at the front desk.. trainer left the trainee to figure it out in his own.. it was not good.

One of the BEST hotel stays I have ever had.

Every single staff person was friendly, helpful, accomodating.
The 2 queen suite was large and even stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and silverware.
Free breakfast buffet was beyond regular hotel breakfast; eggs, meats, and fried potatoes, along with all the regular fare.
Just a great weekend !!!

The night shift worker came knocking on our rooms late at night threatening to put us out over noise but we all was laying down watching tv. The way she came across was rude and unprofessional

It was a quick and easy check-in. We had a small issue with the room and the front desk took care of us immediately. The stay was smooth and comfortable.

We always stay at Hampton Inns because of their reputation of friendliness, cleanliness, breakfast choices, convenient locations and great rates. The Kokomo, Ind. location is becoming dated and needs some updating. The only complaint we did have was the lady working in the breakfast area. We experienced short tort responses to our questions. We also observed her doing the same to other guests.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and well layed out. The breakfast had several options to choose. Our only issue was the extra firm bed. This made sleeping challenging.

All was very good. The only thing that I did not like was the mattress that’s hard to please everybody on a mattress I understand. Everything else was excellent.

No hangers or luggage rack in the room. Cost of a small double bed room definitely on the higher side for the area.

The only issue is that when I checked in the TV in the bedroom was not working

The room was lovely and supplies in room very helpful and accommodated our needs.
I was very upset when I arrived, after I had called to confirm what I had planned for a small birthday party for my child. I went to the desk and the front desk staff was accommodating to help me arrange set up. When I returned to the lobby with everything on the cart the hotel manager very rudely yelled at me "We do not allow birthday parties at this hotel." With the help of a calmer individual than I we came to an arrangement to accommodate my party, which was within the parameters they required. If she had asked about our plan and what we had arranged instead of immediately trying to shut it down it could have been resolved much better.
Because of this issue we will not be returning to this hotel ever. And I caution anyone who would use this venue, they are not party or child friendly regarding management staff.
Also exercise room very tiny.
