The stay was good but housekeeping could use a lot of help. My first room the bathroom floor was covered in hair. The front desk did move my room (Thank you!) but I had to decrease my room from a king size to a queen instead of getting an upgraded room or at least a discount to my stay. My second rooms bathroom was not very clean either, I used my towels to wipe things down and just called it good for the night.. Front desk girl was very nice and quick at check in!

Staying at the La Quinta is always a treat! The staff is incredibly friendly, they kept the front walk salted and cleared when a terrible storm moved through, and the breakfast is beyond what you find at most hotels. Fresh fruit, hot eggs, toast, waffles, you name it. Our room was spotless enough to allow my toddler to run around with no worries.

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is always very clean, i also think they provide the best breakfast and coffee that i have had from a hotel. I will definitely stay at this laquinta location again

woke up to a bed bug in my bed, went down stairs to address and was told "Um i dont know how to handle this situation" I had to walk the employee through next steps such as, I would like to check out immediately, notify a manager and I would like a refund for the rest of my stay. Was met with I cannot do this as you booked through a 3rd party but I can check you out. They were zero help, zero accountability.
