I was highly surprised as this was a rather inexpensive hotel. My expectations were not high, but they far exceeded those of a more pricey hotel. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. Highly recommended and will look for one whenever I need a hotel stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem, the room was very clean and breakfast was fantastic. The only negative is the garbage company came and emptied the dumpster at 0530.

Check in was simple. Just wish when there is a deposit it would be disclosed before i get to the hotel. Very clean. Bed was ok. Some traffic noise from the nearby highway. Absolutely nowhere to potty the dog.

I realize this is a budget hotel and in general it is OK. But it is in need of some refurbishing. For example the flapper valve on the toilet in our room was defective and needed to be manually closed by taking the top off the tank most times it was used. Overall the hotel just looked tired.

Dirty hotel, smelled like raw sewage in the hallways. Room was filthy, had to ask for clean sheets when i entered the room. Outlets didnt work. Overall horrible hotel. Needs serious help

I didnt like the guy who pulled in after midnight and took 3 or 4 tries backing his semi up outside my window. Beep, beep, beep over and over. Woke me up. Not sure why he was so bad at parking. Very annoying. Otherwise, hotel was great, with very comfortable bed

The room was clean and the lights were working Thursday night. Friday morning, the bathroom lights didn’t work we had to take our showers in the dark. The entry light didn’t work. Went to use the hairdryer and it didn’t work. The refrigerator wasn’t cold. I will say, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff were super friendly & very accommodating. The room was as advertised. The beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable! The fridge was cold and so was the AC. The bathroom is small with only a shower insert. Decent sized TV with basic channels & coffee maker in the room, There are also adjoining rooms available if you have a large family/group (that wasn't well advertised but I often look for that). Only one elevator, so it was quite busy at check-in/check-out time, but our stay was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast area only has 6-7 tables so you might need to wait or make a tray and head back to the room. Coffee/tea/juices/milk, waffle station, sausages & eggs, bagels/toast/english muffins, yogurts, fruit, & cereals too. Try Old Chicago as a close restaurant/tap house for dinner. Very close by and great food. I'd stay here again.

It's a decent hotel. Had a room problem and it was fixed right away. Easy to get to and located near close to everything we needed. It's not a 5-star hotel but we did not pay a 5-start rate. Price was about right...

the hotel is in a convenient area - near restaurants etc. but it's really dated and dirty. The toilet clogged in our first room and then we moved to another room that was more expensive (and we were charged for it even though the reason for the room move wasn't our issue), In the new room there was hair was in the sink and shower stall and we couldn't tell if anyone had already slept in the bed as the sheets were really wrinkled. the nighttime front desk was really polite and trying really hard to satisfy us but the condition of the rooms and the cleanliness is severely lacking. We ended up sleeping on our clothes.
