We checked in but they didn’t have any rooms available with the number of beds we booked. We had to check into another location about 15 minutes away in Earth City. The second location didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. The vending machine also didn’t work and we had to request a refund through the vending machine company since the hotel doesn’t offer refunds.

Outdated and not real clean. Grab n go breakfast was very undesirable

I was disappointed in the Continental breakfast, which was just coffee and granola bars. Also the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Kind and courteous staff. The bed was as hard as a rock and caused me back pain when I've never had back issues. The shower head barely put out any water. There was no hairdryer which I've never seen a hotel not have.

I would have liked an exercise facility. If you were staying a couple of days you could cook your own food as there is a small kitchen area.

The location is convenient. There are restaurants, stores and gas stations close by.

Dirty towels in the bathroom, beard trimming in the sink, trash cans still had trash in them. We came in town for a soccer weekend and so happy we literally just had to lay our heads down for 1 night. Would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.
Wish I would have taken pictures to show my husband. I had a free hotel stay through my Hotels.com account and I’m overwhelmingly disappointed I picked this one.

Claire checked me in and I can't say how much her friendliness meant to me! I had been on the road for hours and wasn't in the best of moods. Her smile and kindness went a far far way and even made my day feel better.
The room is nice and CLEAN. It smelled fresh. Very small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and stove-top. I like that they have appliances and kitchenware to use upon request - which came wrapped in a tied-off bag...and greatly appreciated by a germ-a-phobe!!!
I love the flooring throughout and there's no carpeting.
The bathroom sparkled and my room has a bathtub sized shower only.
The location was easily accessible and the area seemed safe.
After my last stay in an Extended Stay America, (which was NOT a good review) this location is recommeded by me!!

Needed just an overnight stay. It was nice clean and reasonably priced. Not a lot of extras, but just what we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Even offered a great place to eat nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. . . more than most inns or hotels. The price was right. The bathroom was so small I had to stand sideways to close the door to get to the shower. The shower provided only a modicum of water analogous to not having to run to keep from getting wet in a light rain.

Floor in our room was dirty when you walked across it to get to the bathroom when you stepped into the tub you left black footprints in the bottom of the tub. I brought it to their attention and was told that they would clean the floor which never happened. In the tub the drain was so slow that you ended up standing in a couple of inches of water while you shower. The recliner chair was not working I reported the day we checked in and they said that maintenance would fix it we checked out a week later and no one had come to look at it. When we checked out I told them that our stay ha not been good the excuse they gave was that they were short staffed. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

The hotel was fine except that I am handy capp an we was put on the 3rd fl. The elevator was in the middle of the floor and I had to walk a country mile to our room. We only would come to the hotel to sleep or to change clothes. Make sure to specify that you need a room close to the entry or exit if you have problems walking.

I loved that check in was super easy and fast. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. It was very quiet, and I felt safe with my two kids. Any time I stay in St. Peters, this hotel is definitely on my itinerary.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. The reason I rate okay is because the light in the bathroom went on my second night there, luckily I was there for a graduation and had a family house to go to curl my hair and apply makeup. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The kitchen and bathroom floor had a spill on them that was sticky (like a soda spill). The walls are super thin and someone partied all night.

Advertised breakfast, it was muffins and coffee, hardly enough. The rooms had full kitchenette, and nothing to cook with, all the cabinets were empty. Thought it was odd there was no hair dryer. Clean though.

Stayed the night during a road trip with my son. The room was huge! Full size fridge, stove, sink. Large room in all. It was pretty comfortable. Only downside was it was the most expensive pet fee ive ever incured at a hotel. 26$ i believe

Room was nice and big and clean but halls had a very weird odor. Smoke free hotel but definitely smoking in hotel. Staff was very polite and nice.

Check-in was great. Payton was very helpful. The room I was initially given (104) was exactly the type and locations that I had reserved/requested. Room appeared clean but had an odd odor (also in hallway). I pulled back the bedding to inspect and was not comfortable with staying in that room. After an apology and explanation for the issue, I was immediately placed in another room. There were no initial noticeable issues with that room. Bed was comfortable. Blanket was very rough and scratchy. Walls are rather thin. Fine overall for one night. Breakfast was basically granola-breakfast bars and coffee.
