The side of the bed looked like someone wiped their bloody snot on it. The pullout couch was disgusting and appeared it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Trash and crumbs all over it. All of the drawers were dirty. The elevator was not in good working condition, when it reached the third floor it shook very badly and would make a loud banging sound before the door would open. A lot of the parents from our team were double charged for their stay. Maybe new management would be beneficial for this location. This is the worst Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at.

Before checking in I asked about the hot tub my back is hurting and that was the main reason I looked at the location. Front desk said that it’s working then after the reservation we got dressed went to the hot tub and it was out for maintenance

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room had bed bugs. I reported this to the front desk. The clerk advised that since I made the reservation through Hotels.com, I would have to contact them for a refund. Per Hotels.com, the manager refused to refund my money.

First of all, the man that checked me in, had a attitude problem, couldn't smile, didn't even greet us hello.
1st floor and lobby water stain on the ceiling tiles and wall behind check in desk, missing ceiling tiles.
After our evening out we return to the motel room about 1:30 and morning, when my daughter was getting ready to get in bed she noticed a roach crawling on the side of the bed, when attempting to kill it she found 2 more.
After contacting the night person at the motel and showing him.
WE LEFT!!!!
Didn't ask for refund, just got the xxxx out of there!!!

Dirty facility. Broken & leaky faucets at both the kitchen and the shower. Broken doors, non-functioning TV. Broken closet door. Rude staff. Horrible breakfast with limited & stale food. Fridge was not available - or worse, the space where the fridge used to occupy was gross & filthy. Walls are full of patches. Carpet is old and dirty. Comforter was literally falling apart. Hotel ground outside is littered with trash and cigarette butts. Staff was rude to other customers as well. We witnessed at least 4 complaints during our 4-night stay there. We have been staying there for the last 5 years. We will switch to another hotel next time we are in Ardmore, OK.

The said my credit card didnt go through for 50 deposit but it did i dodnt understand that i was going to get charge 15 a day gor city tax

This property should not be called a Comfort Inn. It was a previous Quality Inn. Hotel is out of date, somewhat dirty. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Our 1st room had a musty smell so we asked for another room. Overall we give a quality mark of Poor.

It was a one night stay and the stay was good.

We hit an animal that disabled our car and needed a hotel till our car was fixed. We arrived at the hotel mid morning, even they had been to capacity the night before, they graciously accommodated an early check-in. The staff was fabulous. Room was super clean and breakfast was delicious.

Overall pretty clean but the room smelled and starting to fall apart. Shower pan paint is peeling off as well as the faux leather chair in room peeling.

The swimming pool is murky and dirty looking. Breakfast is bad. Rock hard biscuits, rubber eggs and cereal like dried wheat stalks. Coffee is good. Will not return

We had towels and wash clothes with holes and stains. The shower head in the bathroom was on the floor. The drapes and sheets had stains. I paid $115 to stay there for one night. It looked great out front and when you come in but pool was super heated jacuzzi tub didn’t work. No pool towels. And we asked for towels we were told they were none at the moment. I feel like I got ripped off!!!!!!!!!! I hate to complain I hate reviews but someone needs to come look at this place from corporate office. You will not like what you see. I own a general contracting business and I know quality of work. I have been in the industry for 37 years all phases. I would be ashamed to put my name on that building anywhere!!! Take pride in your hotel and fix the stuff update your towels and drapes sheets and quit ripping people off!!!!!!!!

I felt safe and the room was fine. My daughter said she saw a couple of bugs on the couches in the lobby. Our room seemed fine though. It was a little dated, but we just needed a place to sleep for the night while we were visiting relatives. The price was just a few dollars less than the Hilton which surprised me, considering how much nicer the Hilton is. I expected Comfort suites to be less than it was. All in all it was ok. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice and I enjoy staying there. I had room 224 with the jetted tub. Last time I stayed it was great. This time it smelled like a wet moldy rag. I had to spray perfume in the ac just to tolerate the terrible smell. It desperately needs a deep clean and maybe new carpet. The bathroom floor was flooding when I started draining the jet tub too.

Rooms were not cleaned at all for 3 days stay and no towels. Hot tub was dumped with chlorine and couldnt sit even for 1 min as everybody came home with eye allergies.

This was an amazing hotel. The employees provided the up most quality of customer care. We will definitely be staying here for our future visits!

Very old building that had a very stale and stagnant odor. They kept the lobby very warm and the a/c in the room never got really cold. Room was clean and everything worked fine.

We booked a suite with a sofa bed. The pictures made it appear that the sofa was separate from the main sleeping area, and we wanted to give our teen a little privacy. Not the case -- the sofa was next to the bed so no privacy.
The sofa bed itself was poor. No on expects sofa beds to be super comfortable, but this was worse than usual, with a mattress only about 2" thick and had no mattress cover. There was no bedding for it, and when I went to the desk, we were just handed a set of sheets and an old blanket. The sheets were the wrong size and pulled off in the night. They were out of pillows.
We should have just asked to switch rooms to one with two queen beds, but we were tired and decided to make the best of it.
No one was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a sign saying "I'll be back in no more than 5 minutes" but I waited at least 10.
Otherwise, the hotel was fine as an overnight stop while traveling. The bathroom tile and shower doors are showing their age. Breakfast was fine.

Cleanliness in the room was not the bed. Hair all over the floor from previous clients. Shower had not been cleaned before us...

Horrible. I left in the middle of the night. There were bed bugs and I have pictures. The night staff Derrick told Expedia customer service that there were no bed bugs and I was basically lying.

I got there, at 4:00 pm, and no one was at the desk. I waited for over 15 minutes until a worker saw that I was waiting. He said he would try to find the desk clerk. He was looking when the desk clerk finally came to the desk, from another part of the facility. She did not apologize for keeping me wait. The room was ok. However, the next morning I started to take a shower and the water started backing up. So, I got out of the shower, cleaned up and called down to the desk to checkout. I told the clerk about the show, again they did not apologize or thank me for telling them.
