The bed was nice and firm but comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when we told them we could not easily use the stairs to the second floor. They were able to move us to a first-floor room. It was nice and quiet, even being this close to the interstate. When the sound didn't work on our tv they came to our room very quickly and fixed the issue.

Clean rooms
Shower/tub spout was broken. Asked for another room but she said she could fix it. She just shoved it back on and it did not fix the problem.
