The check in was smooth. The room was very spacious. There is remodeling being done but its still very clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Very large hot tub and pool area. The beds were INCREDIBLE. so comfortable and soft! Great night sleep!!!

Clean was good. The hot/cold water in sink, rm 217, was reversed and not fixed so I was moved to a new, nicer room after a couple days. Waiting to hear if a refund for 2 nights is approved as I was told well before my trip no but the manager was going to to see if it was possible. I would stay there again.

Front desk lady was so nice! Breakfast was decent, hotel room was adequate and clean. My kid thought the pool was amazing, they would have played all night (pool hours were 6a-12a). Other than being a little chilly, the pool area was nice. Location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and highway but not noisy at all.

It was a nice and affordable place to stay. The room was comfortable. Some highway noise as our room was facing the highway, but not bad. The breakfast was good, standard hotel hot breakfast.

Overall stay was good. Doors to pool got stuck when we were trying to get out. Pool water was cold but hot tub was great. Room was nice. Clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My family stayed for 2 nights; The room was quite comfortable and very clean. It would have been nice to have a wide bench or low table to place suitcases onto, but not a deal breaker! Kiddo and hubby were impressed with the pool. The wall HVAC system was amazingly quiet; I loved that! Breakfast options were adequate. Bathroom was clean, but it would be nice to have the fan turn on/off with the light, versus running the whole time. Only complaint was that the window was difficult to open for some fresh air.

I needed quick check in as we were between sporting events and check in was easy and they were efficient. Room is clean, nice pool and hot tub.

Staff that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Facilities in need of fixing. Hot tub jets didn't work. Sink in our room had large scratches and tub was cracked. The staff had it as clean as is possible. Price was reasonable for what was there.

The bed we slept in was the worst I’ve been in in literally years !!! I stay in a billeting tent at Bagram airfield Afghanistan and my mattress was better than that I didn’t think they made them that made those noises anymore pretty much ruined two nights sleep for me !!

The bathroom and room were flooded with yellow water. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked for a refund because of the terrible condition of the room, which was their only one left.

Aside from a very loud child in the lobby, the check in was in was smooth. Average breakfast. At 1:00am I had to call the desk because of loud running noises above us. It was taken care of promptly.

Super friendly staff! Building is older but you can tell the staff works hard to keep it clean. 1st hotel we have stayed at since covid that still offers service during your stay! Great value for money! Room was spacious and the pool and hot tub was awesome! It's open later than most hotels! So we got extra pool time with the kids!
