This hotel is pretty run down. The elevator, the walls, the bathroom, just needs some renovating. For cleanliness, we found hairs on the bed, intertwined in a hand towel, on the ceiling above the shower. The bed was so uncomfortable, from the mattress, to the lumpy feather pillows, to the rough linens. I felt like I was laying on sandpaper. It was just a place to sleep for the weekend, but I don't plan to come back or recommend to others.

Property is somewhat dated but overall was clean and orderly. Noises from other rooms, the hallways and the outside were pretty loud for my stay so I had difficulty sleeping. Staff was very accommodating and allowed me to switch rooms to an entirely different floor so that was much appreciated but it was still loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would be a good economy stay for sound sleepers.

I stayed for a few days and the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Room was a tad dirty but looks like srains from previous guests, the staff did clean daily. I would stay again

After reading positive reviews I was expecting a good stay. We checked in to 1st room and the floors had not been cleaned at all. 2nd room floors dirty, desk and TV stand dirty they had crumbs and plastic clothing tags on them. 3rd rooms smelled like urine so strong. 4th room we had to stay in but had boogers on the wall beside bed and in shower under curtain a fake pink finger nail and found another one under the vanity on the shelf. The desk clerk Jazzlyn was very nice and I felt bad for her as the cleaning issues was not her fault. The manager was suppose to refund 50% of our stay and still not received that. This hotel has a convenient location and could be nice if it was clean properly. I would not stay again.

Arrived very late from out of state and the front desk staff was waiting and helpful. The room seemed to be clean overall but the bed and sheets did not sleep well at all. Seems to be an old building and needs updating. Key card to get in doors did not work most of the time.

It was ok. Clean for the most part, besides the cheerios on the floor from precious guests. The pool/hot tub closes at 7pm which is crazy to me. No pool towels. Not many hot breakfast options just eggs and sausage. Had issues with my key had to get a new one twice (each day) which was irritating. Front desk staff was very nice though.

Clean and comfortable. Good value - buffet breakfast included and free self parking. Convenient location with shops and eateries within walking distance. Handy access to major routes but in quiet secluded location.

We knew we would have a late arrival so I put that in the reservation notes and I followed up with a call. They still gave our king room away and put us in a 2 double bed close to the front desk. The breakfast wasn’t much but coffee was good.

Hotel is in need of a facelift. Carpet in common areas looked fairly new but it needed vacuumed. Elevator is very slow, jerks when it stops and looks like they played football inside it. Our bathroom needed swept, caulking needs redone and the doors are coming apart. Staff was great.

Location near restaurants and shopping. Large, comfortable room. Breakfast had some hot items. Sounds of traffic from interstate bled into room.

Decent hotel. Located near a lot of restaurants. Close to Tampa airport and Florida State Fairgrounds. Room was neat and clean although carpets look like they could use a good shampoo or replacement. Bathroom had plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. Pretty quiet building but you could hear flushing of toilets from room above and below. Breakfast was typical hotel fare of eggs, cereal, sausage, toast, waffles, yogurt, and bananas. Scrambled eggs were ok. Small but nice fitness center. Plenty of sidewalks in area if you want to jog. Lots of free parking. Friendly staff. I would definitely book again.

Like previous reviews the room did smell, we bought a candle and it helped. We stayed for two nights and they never cleaned the room!

Rooms nicely appointed and overall property clean. Elevator not particularly well maintained and faucet in my room was noticeably loose and should have been reported by housekeeping staff prior to my check-in. Breakfast options minimal and the breakfast room could be made a little more inviting

Overall, the stay was ok. The chair and carpet in the room were stained and the door to the bathroom looked like it had some dry blood on it...which made me wonder what else that isn't so obvious isn't cleaned well. Also, the lobby, hallway to the room and the room all smelled like stale smoke. I had to sign a form that the room was No Smoking, so disappointed that I could smell stale smoke everywhere. The room looked renovated recently, but the elevator was a mess. Will all the choices in the area, I won't stay here again.

It was my first time in Tampa and i was going to Busch Gardens for the weekend. The hotel was great outside (loved the veterans parking spots) and the lobby area was clean. Front desk staff was great! Now my problems started when i got in the elevator. It was spray painted to cover what i thought was rust stains (needs an upgrade) The bed room was great! Clean carpet, clean sheets, great A/C. The bathroom was the opposite, the shower was dirty, the curtain had mold, the drains kept getting clogged in both the sink and shower, the maid only replaced our towels and made the bed didnt clean the sink at all. Now let’s talk about the guests there were about 10 fifteen year olds wreaking havoc at all hours of the night (slamming doors, screaming running) i didnt get any sleep whatever. I don’t think I’ll be staying anytime soon at this hotel. Sorry it’s unfortunate.

Nice property in a safe area. It is close to the highway so did get some noise from that but nothing that kept me awake during the night. It is close to dining options, a mall, and movie theatre and very close to the highway making it convenient to get to.

My experience in that place was terrible. The room was very dirty and the customer service was not good at all. I hope they can improve, because it is very sad to come from far away, pay and have this unpleasant experience. I won't go back to that place.

The hotel is nicely appointed. Its pet policy is to be especially noted. $25 pet fee can’t be beat. Very accommodating for our dog.

I really enjoy this location I just had a couple concerns, the nightstands were left unwired and there was sticky stuff on them, I was located on the 4th floor and I am NOT. A smoker but all 3 evenings when I walked through the hall I smelled marijuana being smoked. It’s very unattractive and I know that is something the guest is doing but I have to mention it. The staff is great and is a majority very nice.

The place was t as clean as I thought they don’t check thinks like they suppose too the equipment in the room was very dirty ..the remotes dirty my door battery died so I couldn’t get into my room we kept running up an down thinking it’s the key but it’s the door the whole time .. place is not sanitary please don’t book

Good breakfast!!! Sausage was particularly good (considering ive jad quite a few free breakfasts and have NOT enjoyed the quality). Comfy bed. Smelled nice and clean. Nice baturoom GREAT shower pressure and HOT water

Had a good nights sleep, it was 10 minute from hard rock casino and 15 from the cruise port wich e were getn on nxt day. Price wasnt to bad

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. Lots of shopping close by.
