Was supposed to get a room with a tub but got a leaky shower instead. Hotel smelled like weed the whole time. People staying there were loud and obnoxious. A Honda van was parked in front of the hotel under the load off section the entire time blocking anyone else at the entrance. Wouldn’t recommend

Room smelled horrible. No housekeeping to remake beds. Had go downstairs to get new towels and wash cloths . There were bugs (stinkbugs and roaches) in our room. Broken bathroom door. Could not watch TV due to the remote not wiring properly and the language was stuck on Spanish. Stopped serving breakfast before 10am and food was not fresh or hot.

Had pee on wall behind comode shower leaked all over floor under shower door front deck people very nice no hot water 4 3 days had to take cold shower

This establishment was extremely disappointing. My family and I stay at Sleep Inn on many occasions and this is the first time I’ve been so disappointed. The rooms were dirty. Bedding was torn. We came across a roach in our room. The shower didn’t keep hot water. I had to shower in cold water. I wouldn’t recommend a stay at this facility to anyone.

Had a homeless person sleeping in the hallway. Could hear everything above and around us. The sheets were very dirty, and the room smelled bad. Breakfast also looked pretty gross and limited. The nighttime staff when we checked in were very nice and accommodating.

Needs sprayed for roaches (see photo), pipes under sink were electrical taped together, TV didn't work, water had to be run for 10 min to become slightly hot, sink faucet installed too far back and water ran onto sink surface ..... but the lady at the front desk was nice.

This hotel has lots of scary people around the place the manager or knight person was rude and did not acomodate to my needs it was 1:30 in the morning when i got there and did let me stay because they wanted 50 dollars cash deposit i had a card which every hotel use it and also will not talk to the help desk of his own company on top of all they still charge for the stay and didn’t refunded my money and they said the hotel was under renovation. Rude

When I first walked in we were greeted with a STRONG smell of Marijuana. I thought maybe it was the people in front of me but when I passed the lobby area again a few times I kept smelling it but not as strong. The hotel stated it had a pool and the children I traveled with were looking forward to it. When we got there it was NOT working.. The hotel is in a good spot close to everything but def needs some attention. The price was not terrible but still wasn't cheap to have to deal with strong odors of mold in the room esp in the bathroom area. Will NOT be staying in another Sleep Inn again. Sorry would NOT recommend.

some rooms are better than others. We had a fine stay a month ago but this time the room was cramped and a dirty. The toilet did not work and just before scheckout started leaking. We advised the front desk at checkout and they seemed unconcerned and certainly unapologetic. Wouldn't stay here again given the many choices in the area.

There was something brown splattered on the walls in our room 😳 and all the floors in the hotel needed to be vacuumed.

The people from front desk like Jose , the Breakfast lady and all the staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing wrong was the malfunctioning toilet that I needed to reset manually every single time we used the toilet. If I were older and more feeble I wouldn’t have been able to lift tank lit to reset.

While our stay was ok- especially for the price! The overall facility needs a face lift /updates! Bathroom needs work. The halls have a weird smell. And very disappointing that the pool area was not in operation this time of year!

The management was friendly and great. Anytime we asked for something, they did not hesitate to help. However, the room was not great. The carpet was sticky, the fridge was leaking, there were cigarette burns in our bed sheets, there was makeup on my pillows (I do not wear makeup), and it took our shower almost 10 minutes just to warm up to take a hot shower. It was not worth the money spent there.

Very nice and clean rooms, however they have the poorest internet service I've experienced in Charlotte. Consistent download speeds of only 3mbps or lower!!!! Basically useless for anything other than email and reading the news. For business customers that depend on solid internet speeds I'd look elsewhere. The TV's are the "thick" flat screens which shows the age of them...not even the larger variety. Everything else mostly, is pretty nice.

Overall the stay was nice, I had little to no complaints. I would suggest checking mattresses because they were a little firm in some areas causing some minor back aches. I would also suggest better pillows as they barely had a shape. I wish I could have streamed my phone to the tv or signed into Netflix on something other than my phone (not a necessity but would’ve been nice). The breakfast is as decent. The one thing I wish was available would’ve been a shuttle to and from locations, even if you had to request it in advance.

Cockroach in the room, hair in the sheets, and makeup on the pillow covers once we entered the room. If you’re looking for a cheap and eh hotel, this is it. If you’re looking for something decent, I’d pay the extra bucks and go up the street for something nicer.

1) Assigned room was found not cleaned, dirty linen and refuse still in the room. 2) Beeping smoke alarm, attendant had no battery replacement. 3) Room telephone was inoperable. 4) Repeated tv satellite interferences. 5) Desk clerk said that neither compensation nor room change would be offered because registration was made online.
