the room was adequate for a quick disney trip - close to animal kingdom which was our plan. 3 little things will stop me from booking at this hotel in the future. 1) the tv reception or cable service was spotty- and in trying to watch movie - the screen would scramble for extended times 2) the toilet paper was like sandpaper 3) the coffee available -both in the room and downstairs was awful

In order to turn on TV, had to reach behind it (while its hung on the walk), unplug it then plug it back in for the remote to work. Breakfast was hot! The warm cookies in the evening were a nice touch.

The toilet did not flush well. The shower didn’t turn off completely. Very difficult to close the bathroom door. Overall cleanliness was fine.

The check-in process was very easy. I just filled out a form, paid a $1.00 deposit, and I was given the keys to the room. Easy! The room was nice and comfortable. Clean bathroom with a working shower, sink, and toilet. Comfortable beds. Great hot and cold breakfast. I would gladly return to this hotel for another visit.

We checked in very late and had no issues. Asked for a late checkout and were told we could stay until noon for free (checkout is 11). The next morning we were still very tired so called front desk and asked for 1:00 p.m. instead and they said no problem. Beds were comfortable, room clean. Didn’t get up for breakfast so can’t comment on that. A nice lower budget place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel twice in 2019 and 2023. There are souvenir gift shops close by and other restaurants and stores close by that are walking distance. This hotel offers free parking, breakfast and shuttle service to the Disney World parks. However, the floors in the bathroom area and door entrance were slippery for some reason and they floors were not even wet. Be very cautious. One person fell, but luckily she was not injured.

Room was clean and customer service was grear. Only thing hotel is a little outdated and beds and sheets are not comfortable at all which is a shame since you get to the hotel pretty tired after being at parks all day.

My son and I stayed here for a week. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a an issue with the sink drain when we got there then first night. I called the front desk and maintenance was sent up immediately. The gentleman took care of the problem and we didn’t have any problems or complaints for the remainder of our stay .We had breakfast in the lobby a couple of mornings. It was very nice with hot and cold options. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice and I liked it served breakfast. I choose it for the shuttle (save parking costs) to Magic Kingdom but it was very late so I ended up driving. This was disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay here while in town on Spring Break for a Disney trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, wifi worked well. Breakfast had good options but the serving line is a little tight so during high traffic times there can be a line or it may be hard to get to what you need. The pool was clean and our son loved spending our off-park days there. The nearby palms provide some shade for the chairs that aren't covered by an umbrella. The Disney shuttle time for Magic Kingdom was good,but the pickup for Epcot & Hollywood were later so we ended up taking a rideshare for both those parks. But that's a contracted shuttle service, not necessarily within the hotel's control. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and we were able to walk to the souvenir shop that's in front of the hotel to browse and look for less expensive Disney souvenirs.

PRO: The staff was very nice. Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and had a microwave, wet sink, mini fridge and safe. Plenty of parking. CONS: the room was very outdated and desperately needed renovation. The bedding was terrible (but clean) and pillows were hard. The food ran out during breakfast and there was no seating. The elevators were slow (took stairs).

Washroom was filthy, molded sink, molded shower curtains, one of the sinks were had drain broken, flush button broken and with dangerous cutting edges when pressed, shower floor dirty, when the crew cleaned th bedroom, they let the AC in freezing temperatures for our comeback. On our first night our room were not cleaned, we had to let it clear at the reception we want daily cleaning. Breakfast area dirty and overcrowded, poor options and terrible logistic to guests serve themselves. All I had read about the place didn't match. Disappointing.

We had a great long weekend stay here. It had all the necessities and close to the parks and several shopping and entertainment areas. Also had food and pharmacy in walking distance. Breakfast was also a great start. Pool was a small area but clean. Quiet and safe feeling area.

Nice and clean. I was on the 5th floor so it was pretty quiet. Pretty decent breakfast included. Hit food was Canadian bacon, cheese omelettes, and pancakes. They also had packets of oatmeal. Cold was cereal, bread items, fresh fruit, yogurt. Coffee, tea, orange and apple juice. Couldn't complain at all. It was worth it.

great hotel, very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. breakfast has variety and is free with stay. The only problem was the grout around tub/shower combo should be replaced as mold was growing in it. I would stay again because of price and cleaniness

nice room at first glance! the shower have someone hair in the tub! gross… the bedding was not comfortable rough material. the mattress was not comfortable. we were only here a few days so i didn’t say anything. i do think Embassy Suites would have had a better impression. the breakfast was horrible. my husband is not a picky eater and he wouldn’t eat it. the bananas weee all brown. who puts that out for guests.

This was an excellent choice for the price and the value and felt like this is a hidden gem and will definitely book again - close to everything, well lit, safe, always a staff member at the front, clean, the breakfast was well stocked, and hot and dining room staff always cleaning and picking up, and just an excellent choice!
