Check in was great! Friendly & efficient staff. The location is near great restaurants & recently reopened Bel Air concert venue. That was the good, now the bad. They seem to have a significant number of longterm live in families. There are no normal Extended Stay amenities. When i went to the front desk, i asked for plates, sliverware, cup and such. I walked away with 2 red silo cups. This hotel is worth the price becuse of it location

It was verh spacious and it was nicely looked. But there were crumbs that flew out of the pull out bed couch.
The floors were very sticky when we walked in as well. Which was weird.

They did not have my Expedia reservation upon arrival. We ended up having to book through them. Expedia has processed the refund and done a great job of fixing it, and the front desk staff did their best. Still, the location was a bit older and dirty and we could not find dog disposal cans despite being a dog friendly hotel.

Credit card reader wasnt working. The hallways and elevator smelled like pee. Free breakfast is a granola bar and watery coffee. The sheets and towels were worn and dingy. Wouldn't recommend.

Everything was great. Check in was easy and quick. Very nice staff. The carpet in the room could be cleaner looking. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

I have emailed hotels.com and the corporate office at Extended Stay America twice and have not gotten a reply. I requested my money back because of the condition (we left an hour after check in and asked to be refunded the remaining 7 nights). I got zero reply from anyone. Horrible customer service on top of a subpar, unclean, scary hotel.

Good location. Front desk staff was rude to me at times while asking for things I forgot. Housekeeping never came to my room the entire time. Will be choosing another hotel next time, however this place is very tolerable to stay at.

I’m disappointed because, this is the 4th time I’m stayed in this hotel and the showers are not working properly and water it’s not draining good and the clean in the toilet the house keeping need to pay attention.

Other than the false advertising of "free breakfast", our stay was very nice. Their "breakfast" is stale muffins and granola bars with some coffee or tea. No real breakfast. But there are several good restaurants to eat at nearby.

I was looking for a kitchen and a little more space and this fit the bill. I can’t complain too much for the price and the staff was friendly and helpful, maintenance fixed the sink the next day. The beds are firm! Not comfy if you like softer.

No EV charger or even an outdoor receptacle to use for my own charge cable. No benches out front or by the doors to sit outside. No ice maker.

Room was good, Bed was comfortable. We were only passing through but it was nice to have a full kitchen since we had packed food for our trip.

There was a salad in the refrigerator yet from a previous guest.
The room above us was EXTREMELY noisy - once I complained, things did get better but loud enough to wake you up at night.
The air conditioner/heater was noisy and clunked when the compressor kicked on and off.
There was a pocket knife found in the sofa bed.

Overall this is a decent place. I loved having an oven. However, the oven was disgustingly filthy. It smelled like old burned food. Additionally, they do not have any dishes or anyrhing in the room. You have to ask for them. For 3 people, we got a 2 person dish set, and two tiny packets of dish soap was a joke. The tv system is awful. The water pressure was so bad.
The two gentleman I dealt with at the feont desk were both polite and helpful. The location is great, very convenient to shopping, dining.and the interstate.

We returned to our room after a long day to find a large number of ROACHES in the kitchen. The staff was immediately responsive but still- there were bugs!! Lots of bugs!!

I was surprised that I got a room with a full kitchen for a cheaper price than most other hotel rooms in the area. I didn’t stay in the room or use it much but I didn’t have any issues with the room and it was cleaned well. I only interacted with one staff member but they were very nice and helpful.
