Booking.com wouldnt refund my stay when it was erroneously booked for 12 days after I booked it for.

The staff tried to help me with this erroneous date that pricelines website booked my stay for. I wanted to stay Aug 29th and somehow priceline's website booked the hotel for 12 days later!?????? Now, staff said they could not rebook it because it was booked third party. So i called both priceline and booking.com and confirmed that it was booking.com that beeded to either refund the stay OR rebook the stay. Why im still upset at staff at Sheraton is that they actually SHOULD have the power to refund me or rebook. I think it speaks terribly for their system that they couldn't do that simple thing, given booking.com will still be paying them for the stay that (absurd as it is) was "non refundable". Again, I booked the stay for Aug 29th. Priceline's website changed that date against my will.

When i had the booking.com agents on the line (yes THREE different times i waited on hold at the hotel for 20 mins each time) they said that they just needed confirmation from the hotel manager. I said I can hand you off to the hotel manager right now. The agent from booking.com all three times said no they cant do that for security reasons, but they can call the hotel or the hotel can call them. So we tried that twice, both ways!! And both times they put the management at Sheraton on hold for 10+ mins until they had to go do their job and couldnt hold any longer!!! And they claimed there was too much static on the line whennit was the other way around!! So, who am I MOST frustrated with? A: Booking.com! Worst predatory business practices I've EVER seen ANYWHERE! And believe me I eill be posting reviews all in due time on evry travel site i can find unless I do get my full refund for this stay I have paid $128 for and never got to use or got refunded. I will make priceline ans booking.com pay dearly for not refunding me.

Overall, was a good stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful!

That it didn’t have a hot tub! We reserved a room with a single queen size bed. The bed we had seemed like a full size bed, very small and not comfortable. Both my boyfriend and I woke up with sore backs, not able to sleep.

The building is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. The shower head.

The hotel has wonderful potential. It looks high-end. It feels beautiful. The room was not very clean for what I paid. There were items left from the previous person who stayed, and there were things under the bed that were missed, as well. It felt like only a quick pick-up was done instead of a good clean. The shower body wash was empty. The shower head was amazing, but it was a wand. It only worked as a wand, as the stand was broken, so it wouldn't stay up to be able to use as a stand-up shower.

Very good

Pool was very nice. Good coffee. I like that you provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

Room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Took forever to get on the elevator.

Very good

Beds were comfortable. Soaps and lotions were provided. Nice pool and outdoor seating area. Loved the coffee.

Pool wasn't heated. No hot tub.

Great place for romantic stay, and have a best St. Valentine's Day.

Everything was just wonderful. We had a great dinner at hotel's Waterfall Grille Restaurant & Lounge (rainy weather did not allow us walk outside), we enjoyed the hotel's pool as well. The room we got was on 9th floor, so we got a great view from very comfortable room. We had an amazing night at the Sheraton, and definitely would recommend to stay there.

Actually, it is not the hotel's issue, but we had to check out and leave earlier next morning, so we missed breakfast that was included in our package. Again - not the hotel's mistake.

Nice other than the bartender Norah

we were told if we arrived at the hotel by 10 we could eat we had not eaten all day. We walked into the restaurant and Norah was probably the most rude person I’ve ever met in my life she treated us like we were dirt she told us we couldn’t eat there, because the kitchen closed at 9:45 when we were told it closed at 10. I have never been so insulted by an employee of a service establishment in my life. The cook did eventually make us dinner, but Norah did not apologize, or even speak to us again. this one employees rudeness, ruined our stay there.

I wish the room had a bigger mini fridge. I needed a fridge for breastmilk and had to ask for one. I was able to get a mini fridge which made it a little difficult.

Large water stains and black stuff in the ceiling...extremely low commode, underwhelming breakfast buffett which we skipped the following day though paid for it.

God stay but I was hoping much better for the name of the hotel

Breakfast was good but I was not impressed. Good location

The thermostat did not provide warm air, my family and I were cold, there was mold in the shower and I believe the front desk people run a scam because they try to charge me a fee for the breakfast when this was included, I argued with 2 front desk employees until I showed proof. They were rude and never apologized.

The rooms were nice and the hotel in general was nice.

Breakfast was expensive so did not eat it. And was very disappointed that WIFI was not included, I have never stayed at a hotel were you had to pay for it. And there was not a refrigerator in the room which was a let down.
