The pillows were not comfortable, she sheets synthetic, and that made this fancy hotel not so fancy real fast.

Bad communication on arrival and slow bellman left luggage in hall outside room! Very nice staff but nowhere near enough. Coffee bar near pool put out and unattended til put away. Was Empty usually by 8:15 and only skim milk was put out one day. No one attended pool- cleaned up once a day pm. Single bartender & no food after 4- can’t have a cocktail/ snacks after 4 at pool. Luggage carts are stored clutter the entrance looks tacky - wonderful concierge and beds. Great location. Air conditioner would go dead every night about 3- 6am .couldn’t lower temp or turn blower on.woke up every night at 4 am HOT. No fan over bed. Complained but nothing changed. Seems like they turn it off intentionally every night it can’t be turned on in room. Overall disappointment nowhere worth price.

Room is very comfortable…..we had a very rainy day and the hotel ran out of umbrellas! Great location , beautiful pool area.

Construction right outside our window from 7am-6pm was very disruptive.

Property and staff were amazing.

Hotel does not have a restaurant for breakfast also there are motion sensors in the toilet so at night when you go to the restroom it lights up the whole room for 10 mins also the building system does not allow the thermostat to go below 68 Very nice hotel but not the most guest- friendly

INN ON FIFTH, Is a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. The staff had a little surprise for my wife and I, when we came to our room there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us, What a sweet gesture on our anniversary from the staff at INN ON FIFTH. The rooftop pool was so relaxing and quiet you can have peace of mind all day by the pool & hot tub, with excellent poolside service. This is truly a beautiful hotel in a great area, highly recommend INN ON FIFTH.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel this is, from entrance to exit the whole experience is calming and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and the valet service was excellent. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious and the pool area very relaxing and peaceful. The location is perfect with shopping and dining right outside the door. Wonderful hotel, highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't serve breakfast or even coffee from room service. room service started at 11am and ended at 8pm. I usually stay at The Ritz at they have room service that begins at 6am and doesn't end until 11pm. The rooms at the Ritz were only $100 more than your hotel. There wasn't even a coffee shop where you could at least have a cup of coffee, since room service was useless. Furthermore, the T.V. was a disaster. It was almost impossible to change the channels with the remote. When I called the front desk to complain they said they would send a maintenance person to fix it. When I returned to my room the TV. had not been fixed. I then called the front desk and the maintenance person that was sent to my room told me that i would have to stand in a certain spot in the room in order for the remote to work. What ??? that's the silliest thing I had ever heard. So, I guess you would have to walk around the room until you found " the right spot " What a ridiculous explanation. This hotel has a 4- or 5-star rating and maybe it should be a 2 rating. I will return to The Ritz. This hotel was a big disappointment.
