A very very tired property. Bath tub faucet ran steady stream all the time. Tile grout very dirty. Baseboards pulled away from wall with dirt filling crack. "Ran out" of coffee

Our sray was horrible, no tv, beds are uncomfortable, bathrooms were gross. Old soap in shower and hair.

Good for the rate. However there were no hair dryer, nor Kleenex and the bath didn’t hold the water. The mattress was as hard as plywood.

After driving 13 hours we had a great deal of trouble finding the motel. It was dark and there were NO outside lights. ( what happened to "we'll leave the light on"? After we finally found it the room was not really acceptable. Unclean. We took another room only to find tv didn't work and the phone was missing. It was just as nasty as the other room so we opted for the first room and I wiped it down best I could. There were also many bugs in the bathroom after dark. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a motel 6!

When checked in was asked to scan my credit card even though I paid through expida was charged a second time and the room has roaches and is dirty this is the worst visit to this motel I will not be coming back.

Roach infested! So many little roaches everywhere including inside microwave. Hair was scattered all throughout the bathtub and didn’t look clean whatsoever

Staff was nice. Put me in a new room when my toilet broke. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Place needs a lot of upgrades, but it is close to Starbucks and a truckstop if you need stuff. Pool was inoperable.

Room was not cleaned. Only linen on bed was dirty fitted sheet. We did not stay. Night staff clerk was very attentive and offered immediate refund.

I booked this online. Called to make sure was all set. I was told yes. Got here and check in person was swearing over booked. Complaining no one does their jobs. He gave us a dirty uncleared room. Air conditioning did not work. People outside with loud cars and music. Others walking the hall yelling and banging around.

Terrible place. I paid for a deluxe room & when I arrived none were available so got downgraded to lowest room no refund on price. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Staff very rude! I would never stay there again & would not recommend to anyone!

The website listed property having a gym and pool. Purposely drove about 8 miles round trip from highway 40 because of the gym availability listed online and there is no gym at that location. There is a pool, however it is drained and in disrepair. The room floor felt dirty, some light fixtures did not work properly and the toilet is seemingly a child type toilet. The bowl is unusually shallow and the seat/height of bowl close to the floor? Felt like a child training toilet, odd. The towel holder over the vanity was loose and crooked on the wall and the entry door is cut too short and allows 2” of light and noise from the hall to filter into the room.

The pool wasn’t even open like the website said. Half the doors were open. Shower had no water pressure. Tub and stains and dents.

I am a smoker so it is nice to be able to get a smoking room. However, just because people smoke does not mean they want to use a bathroom with burn marks all over the toilet. The pillows were old and squished together into a square so they had some fluff. The walls are very thin and someone had a dog that whined all night long. The outside looks like they were remodeling there is scaffolding that has been there for about a year now but no remodeling is happening. The indoor pool was not open either they said the city would not let them open it.

The staff was very helpful and prompt to help. The surrounding area was industrial/barren. Not much around and not pleasant.

I wouldn't stay here again. The floors of the room weren't swept, the sink wasn't clean and had hair in it and the trash wasn't emptied. The comforter had burn holes in it and the room was freezing when we arrived. There was no coffee maker in the room ane there wasn't coffee in the lobby. It was also advertised that there was a gym but there is no gym at this location. Very disappointed.

Loud- almost every night could hear music and voices through the walls, one night heard someone urinating into a toilet through the walls while in bed. Every morning starting around 6am doors slamming constantly and voices and noise from the hall goes right through the door, including a random dog bark. Cleanliness was not good either, saw lot's of random hair from previous guests on the floor making it obvious they haven't swept properly in a long time... Then there was the cockroach I found running across the floor.... Wouldn't recommend it unless these things don't bother you.....

Don't come here if you want a good night's rest. Kids running up and down the hallway all hours throughout the day AND I'mnight and people slamming doors at 2:30am like they're the only ones here.

Beds like sleeping on wooded mattress,Fridge full of water. Not working knobs was broken off inside. Microwave did work. Pillow was hard and no way could be used. Ever try sleeping on a basketball.
