Our room was clean and equip with enough toiletries. The hotel itself is quaint and very nice. Walkable to the train station which, make it very convenient whether you want to go downtown Milan or Lake Como. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a very experience staying in this hotel.

The room was beautiful. It was vlean and everything we needed was provided for. The only qualm was it was noisy. Not the hotel's fault, but couldn't fall asleep until 12 or 1 because there was a festival in the city.

We booked two studio rooms because they had a fridge - Necessary for our baby's milk. However, we received a regular double room... When mentioned, we were told one of the studio was upgraded to an appartment while the other was downgraded - Unacceptable in my opinion.
Breakfast was great. Walk to train station easy and in Milan in 25-30 minutes which was practical. Overall, we would stay here again but make sure we call ahead of time to get the room we actually book and pay extra for.
