The suite was very large and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the room had an over powering smell of cleaning agents. The floor was dirty under the sofa. I could easily hear the people above us and heard knocking on that room’s door throughout the night. The price I paid for a suite was a bargain, but now I understand why.

Room was clean, had pool to ourselves at night and in the AM, pool towels well stocked, wide variety of breakfast items, breakfast attendendant anticipated our seating needs and provided a 3rd seat for us all on her own, very clean eating area, comfortable chairs, good lighting for our parking spot, very affordable for a last minute unexpected need for a hotel, a lightbulb was missing from a lamp and I forgot to tell them, tub drained nicely while showering, large fridge in room, nice to have a ceiling fan in the suite seating area. Plenty of towels, could use more hooks in bathroom. Part of door swing latch was broken so the deadbolt was the only lock...put a couch cushion against the door and put an end table to hold it up to stop someone from using a wire to open the door. Put a tissue to cover door peek hole. If alone I would have asked for a room with a working swing latch. A/C unit worked and was quiet. Quiet stay. Fast check in. Wish there had been a Bible in the nightstand.

Stayed overnight in a suite. Room was nice, bed very comfortable and it was great to have a living room separate from the bedroom. My only issues are that the bathroom had no fan and the toilet was noisy when flushing (a screeching noise from the water intake in the tank). Hotel was not very full and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was decent, eggs were very cooked and biscuits cold but it was filling.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was not as warm as desired, and the sofa bed was far from comfortable! But it was well priced and located close to our daily activities.

I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. We stayed with several other families as part of a youth sports group. The manager on site is unprofessional, not welcoming, unstable, and knows nothing about good customer service. Our room was dirty upon arrival, the bathroom has bubbling paint around the shower area, and there were bugs/beetles on the ceiling. The pool area smells musty and pool has mildew on tiles. We didn’t say anything at first because we were spending majority of our time at a local sports facility. We returned to the hotel at night with takeout pizzas and sat in the lobby area with other families. I took 4 paper plates from the cafe area for my kids to use. The manager rushed up to me and started yelling at me loudly in front of the entire lobby saying paper plates (located in the cafe area of a hotel) are not for hotel guests and not to teach my children to steal. He was condescending, yelled in my face and scared me. I felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Our room was not cleaned the first night other than replacing towels. The beds were made up messy. The manager told us that they can’t make up our beds if there are personal items on then. Our kids had a stuffed animal on the bed so that’s why. Beware if you stay here!

Terrible experience. Terrible GM. He was beyond rude to multiple members of our group. I discovered opened unfinished alcoholic beverages in our closet and fresh fries in the AC unit vents. Alerted front desk at 7am. Went to my kids swim meet and returned at 2pm and the garbage was still there. When I brought it down to the front desk and expressed my frustration I was told it wasn’t a big deal. Then the GM came up to my room to further tell me it wasn’t a big deal, if I wasn’t happy with the conditions I could leave and said the conversation was over. We had a group with 7 rooms and none of us will be staying here again for the next swim meet.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Room was nice, but bathroom fan didn’t work and there was some mold in shower. Unfortunately we got stuck with noisy people above us that we could hear until after midnight. We were bummed that there’s not a hot tub anymore as shown in the pictures but the kids still enjoyed the pool for a bit. Continental breakfast had some nice choices and everything tasted good.

A nice building with all the amenities I wanted (pool, exercise room), close to dining options and only a couple of miles drive from the Bristol Renaissance Faire. The only thing wrong (but it's a BIG wrong in my book) is that their supposed network for WiFi was unavailable the entire weekend I was there. When I called the front desk I was told the network was working properly and I should be able to connect to it. When I asked for additional tech support, the clerk said "I don't know what else to tell you" and refused to take any additional action.

The front desk staff could use a lesson on how to treat guests. I inconvenienced the evening woman by asking for help with the computer, and then she flat out lied to me about something because she was too busy on her phone to get up out of her chair to go look for me. The check in and out gentleman was fine, but the overnight guy straight up ignored my husband when he tried to speak to him. Room was adequate, nice size and moderately clean, but I did notice some mold around the shower fixtures and water marks on the sink. Floors needed a better vacuum job.

Someone else was able to check in under my name. When I then checked in the front desk girl didn’t need to see my photo ID or my card. I then asked for a receipt and she stated the rooms were already paid for why would I need a receipt. I didn’t want to argue with her cause the lobby was full but she was very rude! When I got to my room the toilet was plugged. Called front desk and she stated for me to come down and get a plunger and unclog it myself as they did not have any maintenance there. Went to shower next morning and there was no hot water at all!!! Would not recommend this hotel. Staff was horrible and too busy to help the customers or just didn’t want to.

Overall the room was very comfortable. Our towels were replaced and the bathroom was cleaned, but the bed was not made.
Also the breakfast left a little something to be desired. Eggs were very bland and flavorless. Biscuits for biscuits n gravy were very dry and crumbled on the plate.
Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Our toilet leaked and the bathroom has a terrible smell to it. Hotel staff (I believe it was the manager) was extremely rude to guests upon our arrival. The girl that checked us in was nice while he was being very rude and disrespectful to others as we were standing there. The next time I came down he was being rude to another guest but she was not tolerating it and asked him his name and to please stop talking to her like that. It was very unprofessional.

IMO this property keeps everything in working condition, but it looked like many things at this hotel will need to be updated/upgraded soon. Helpful staff. Clean.
