Front desk was friendly and kind. Easy check in and out. The layout of hotel is not so good. Parking is tight on the west side. No automatic doors or handicap open door button. Wheel accessible to the side of front entrance.

Nastiest hotel ever! Had to beg for toilet “paper. Shower was full of someone’s look stringy hair. Breakfast was a wrapped up muffin with a cup of the weakest coffee I’ve ever had. I would not even board my animals there. This hotel is GROSS!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the bed very comfortable. I was surprised you had to ask for plates, silverware, glasses if you needed them they weren’t in the rooms already. The hotel area was very quiet. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Nice place......clean pleasant room....thought the kitchenette might actually have a glass or plate or utensils......none......I found that front desk staff "Tanya" was very pleasant.......BUT indicated that checking in at 1:30pm would require an early check in fee......I didn't even bother to check if I got charged & she didn't say how much it would be.......I had to finish work on my lap top... & didn't have time to complain......& really didn't care......I just didn't like this policy........If my plane is early.....I will probably stay somewhere else.....but overall this facility was quite pleasant.

Horrible staff and roaches in the room. The front desk gave a room key to someone who was not permitted to have a key without my knowledge or permission.

Person at front desk tried to charge me more that the agreed amount that amounted to /- $10.00. When confronted about the change in price he redid the transaction and the price was /- $3.00 less that agreed price. Something funny is going on in this transaction. Facility was rather worn and had a poor smell. While checking for bed bugs under the mattress I found a brand new screw driver and no bed bugs.

We paid for our room in advance and when we arrived, we were told it wasn't available (they overbooked). We were given two rooms but that split the family up for the night. With a minor, having to figure out sleeping arrangements at 1am was something we planned to avoid by PAYING FOR THE ROOM AHEAD OF TIME!

It was dirty. Sink was broken, phone had no cord and there was a pervasive odor that made me shower the minute I got home. The mattress was noisy with springs making noise every time I moved. And with no cord on the phone I had to go down to the desk to get simple single dish and utensils. Never again. Never got a phone cord even after asking for one.

Check in was difficult. Reservations for two rooms were Separate for some reason. They were changing door locks while were there. No exact time for each individual room, just when they show up.

The staff were very helpful and more than willing to help with anything throughout my stay. Vending, ice and laundry machines made my stay even better as they had everything we needed.

The rooms are very clean, the bed was comfortable. The furniture condition was a little rough, bring a charging block with you because there are no USB ports in lamps, etc. There was no hairdryer but maybe you need to ask at front desk. Nice enough for a short stay.

The desk clerk said if we needed any extra dishes they were available at the desk…little did I know that I would have to stock the kitchen myself, not a single thing in any cabinet or drawer not even a disposable cup to be had! No hairdryer, coffeemaker, or clothes hangers either. The blankets were made of sandpaper and my feet stuck to the floor. It is like running a smoke tunnel to get into the motel the lobby door was the only not permanently locked or “broken”. Last night of my life that I will ever stay at ANY Extended Stay America Suites.

The standard of this property is not warted the money at least for the one night stay but overall if you desperately need a place to stay it is ok. There is no full breakfast just coffee and snacks.

Had to reprogram key every time we left. Rented our room again after we checked in. Someone put their luggage in our room while we we gone. They then changed us to a room that reeked of pee

Worst hotel experience ever! Smell is awful could not stand a minute there. Phone did not work, beds were small. Got haunted the moment we got into the room. I have never left a hotel before but we immediately left this place.
