We got in at 10:30 and just needed a place to sleep. Overall the hotel was quiet at night. The double queen room was spacious. However, it was obvious that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned…the tub had dark gray spots in it, the sink had toothpaste gunk in it and the floor was full of hair and dirt streaks. There was no way I would have showered or walked on the floor without shoes. The sheets either had stains or had been used and not changed…we think the latter as the spots looked like they would wash out. We were exhausted so just slept there. The fan for the AC had an irritating uneven sound so we set a fan sound on my phone to help cover it up. The breakfast was pretty good as hotel breakfasts go: the staff were wonderful and easy to work with. We actually slept pretty well so are glad we stopped. Overall it was OK but not sure I would stay again because of the bathroom being so dirty, and the sheets…

Made an accidental mistake and booked a room for the wrong date and so hurt that I couldn’t be refunded because money is already tight. Ended up renting another room for that same day (which was supposed to be the day I booked for) but accidentally dated the reservation wrong. Loved the hotel and wish to go back but a little hurt I lost out on over $100 😔

Only breakfast they serve is biscuits and gravy and green chilies and eggs every day no bacon and no sausage no nothing but a waffle not anything I like to eat especially the green chilies who eats them in the morning

The room is clean and quite. Service is good. But, no elevator to second floor.

Was loud from the traffic going bk a forth all night long and the walls are to thin u couldn’t sleep. The people next room over talked the whole night and the other room they partied. Was horrible stay didn’t get rest and the tub didn’t drain too much hair in the drain..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Staff helped with the TV with no problem.

Bed very comfortable, bedspread had stains, knob off of heater in bathroom, tubs been here a while.

The stay was fine. The property is very old and tired! Only one ice machine functioning. Kind of inconvenient to walk all the way to the other side to get some ice.

Just passing through and needed a place to sleep. Dog poop in the hall ways, room reeked of pot and cigarettes, and the morning staff was incredibly rude at check out. Beds were comfortable enough but worn out. For over $100 I expect more, this way motel quality for hotel prices

The bedding was dirty. The floors felt haven’t been vacuumed. Maybe ketchup or blood on the wall between the nightstand and bed. Probably Cheeto fingerprints on the bedding. A strange odor in hallway and room. Checked in at 3:30 the front desk worker had to leave to go make sure the room was ready. Dirty towels and paper towels left in restroom in pool area. The entire property felt very unclean.

across the board, the level of cleanliness threw this one totally off for us. We found hair strands in our bed, on towels, and in the bathroom floor. The duvet covers that are supposed to be white had some really discolored stains. The front desk guy was great to help get me a new one, but overall the quality is rough.

Check in was good, nice staff- but the longer we've been in this room the dirtier i realize it is. There is blood drops on the celing... White stuff down the walls.and on the chair..food around every inch of the corners of the floor..sheets need a hell of a bleaching, one has a footprint on it. Ive worked hotels and housekeeping before, these rooms are due for their deep clean. Not a 100$ a night room, feeling gross. Its too late to move, we are exhausted.

Great, beds arent as great

Staff was slow and messed up multiple times on giving me my room and keys and to top it off on my last day while we were getting breakfast we were rudely told only one person can eat and mind you there were 4 of us .... I will never go back to this hotel.

Reserved room with queen beds and got full size beds instead. The pool and spa were the main reason for staying in this hotel, the pool opened at 10:00 am and check out was at 11.00. The hotel can use upgrades in all departments.

I called before booking to verify the pool was heated, working & open, I was told it was, so I booked the pool WAS NOT heated the guy at front desk was nice he did call Maintenace who showed up about 9 pm to turn up heat temp stated it would warm in 30-45 mins, it did not my babies were really upset about not being able to swim spoke to another person staying there the hot tub was way heated she stated she had alerted the front desk since about 5/6 I checked in about 7:30 so the first person didn't bother to let the next one know I guess the room itself was decent size but was dirty the carpet full of stains as well as our comforter I had my husband remove them off both bed bathroom wall had stains & built up dust on counter top, not too bad of a room just needs a bit of a deep cleaning then maintain it, some comforters if staff sees is full of stains shouldn't be used anymore would probably give the hotel one more try we didn't get up for breakfast so can't speak any on that matter

Off the beaten path no restaurant

Outdated, staff was kind. Shower drain did not work. Fan cover was missing. Breakfast was decent.

Room and bathroom dirty upon checkin. Room fan was noisy. Beds sunk in in the middle.

The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful but the facility was gross. Our tub didn’t drain, the toilet would run like crazy, it smelled like smoke and musty.

This was the worse trip i have had ever, Phone in room didnt work, Beds were hard as rocks, People stomping on the second floor, And front dest would never answer the phone do address the issues

Mostly a typical stay. We checked in at 4:30 but the room we were checked into hadn't been clean yet. so we had to wait with all our stuff out in the hallway for the lady to finish. She was polite but I feel like she was irritated at us as though we were rushing her. Other people were waiting to get checked in so we didn't request a different room. The pool was borderline cold but the hot tub was warm.

Affordable hotel, spacious rooms, quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms are little bit dated but that’s ok. I would stay again.
