Everything was very clean and room and all of lobby and halls had a good smell something we all noticed for sure. The kids went swimming and the pool area was just as clean, lots of people were in the pool and hot tub we all enjoyed ourselves. Also went to gym area and again no complaints at all.

The hotel is in a high traffic location but overall not extremely noisy. The hotel is well maintained, but the rooms lack detail cleaning. You can tell that housekeeping does not spend much time looking at details and the extra attention would definitely give them a higher rating.

The day of booking, I called at 4pm to confirm my booking. The lady confirmed my booking and said the room would be ready for my family upon arrival. I arrived and the lady at the front desk said, we are all booked. I responded with a kind, “yes ma’am we reserved a room ahead of time. She said “no sir, I just gave away our last room.” I was left to find a hotel at 11:30pm at night. This IHG and Hotels.com is a joke and don’t do any due diligence to make sure a reservation is confirmed and wouldn’t be possible to “double book” as they tried giving as an excuse.

Had a one night stop over when roads were dicey and I was traveling home. It was easy to find, right off the Highway. Clean & comfortable - just what I needed!

Check in was great. Staff was nice. Later that night we got back from being out with family. People were sitting in the lobby area drinking alcohol and being very loud until 1am. Our room was on the first floor. We could hear them yelling and screaming. The next night the same issue again. Kids running around the hallway unsupervised. Floor and carpet was wet from the pool. The rooms were ok. Not clean. Strong colonge smell. I would not stay here again.

A really good stay for one night. My room was near the lift and it was both quiet and incredibly spacious! Such a good room. I used the laundry washing machine and dryer which were cheap and easy to use. Staff at the front desk were very helpful with a couple of small questions I had. Decent breakfast in the morning (although the juice machine was broken on the day I was there). Overall very good stay.

The two young men that checked us in were incredibly welcoming and pointed us to excellent place to eat in walking distance La Reforma and Tin Can Alley. Walking distance to Balloon Fiesta Park!!! Only complaint bathroom and floor could have been cleaner but we understood how busy the staff has been with the balloon fest. The evening cheese/fruit and cupcakes in the lobby Friday and Saturday were much appreciated after long days walking around. We’ll return in the future.

Free upgrade to a suite was very nice. Room amenities were lacking a bit...torn shower curtain, we had to readjust the window shade, replace the closet doors on their track, and there was a very large stain on the carpet. Overall, a great stay.

It was a short stay but the location was convenient and nice. The personnel were helpful. The only complaint was the shower was not as clean as I would expect otherwise I would stay again.

Nice place to stay! I was on a motorcycle trip, and the manager allowed (Insisted!)my friends and I park our motorcycles under the front awning for safety of our motorcycles and property! Thank you Judy!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was nicely furnished. Everything was superficially clean but could use a deep cleaning (such as window sills, baseboards, under the desk, paneling in elwvator). Like that the accept pets, though there are no great places to walk nearby. Breakfast was typical for a Holiday Inn, which includes a good variety. But this location does not offer milk alternative, like almond or soy milk.

Very nice stay! Good breakfast, but really under-staffed at this hotel. The few employees we saw were working very hard but should have had more help, as they couldn’t keep up with the breakfast or front desk at all. We don’t have enough towels or blankets in our room. Other than that, a very nice stay with very nice people. There is an awesome Mexican restaurant within walking distance down the road. Yummy food.

Room tiles seemed dirty from wear. Bathroom tiles moved as they were not install property. Mold on shower ceiling. Extremely noisy, could hear the pool as if it were in the room

So the the hotel itself was adequate, but completely understaffed, had to ask for everything including towels, sheets and blankets for pull out, then the sheets had wet soap on them and they had no clean towels. No towels ever at the pool and food at breakfast very slow to be replaced. A barking dog was down the hall from us. No one answered phone at the desk, no hotel information in the rooms local info, safe was accessed only by a maintenence man who then could access it whenever.

The young lady who checked me in was incredibly rude. Tossed my key cards at me, didnt give any information about the pool, btrakfasr, etc. It was clear that she did not want to be there. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and pleasant.

We stayed here due to my dog having eye surgery the next morning. Check-in was easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The room was lacking; no closet ( the safe was sitting on the floor with the iron in it; easy access to be stolen); the walls are thin and the air conditioner is noisy. For our one night stay it was overall okay. Very convenient to be dog friendly. Would like to see some improvements. I'd stay again if I had to for my dog.

The staff member at check in was friendly, but not enthused about her job. I stood at the counter for about 30 seconds before she got up from a table she was sitting at. I literally verified my first/last name at check in and was given a room key. There was nothing to sign and no other verification, which seemed a bit odd to me. We made a booking for four guests; however, our room only had two towels and we had to ask for more. The hot breakfast was great and everything was clean. Parking and Interstate access are convenient!

The one room I didn’t pay for on Expedia and paid for at property was supposed to be $166 instead I was charged $344. Staff argued and said they did nothing wrong. I guess if you don’t take the $128 over charge as nothing? Cockroach in room, tv broke only fan worked and it was stuck on high that evening it was cold and by morning it was sweaty hot. No thermostat working. Horrifying experience. 2 days after checkout and I still have not seen an adjustment for the over charge.

Hotel is good but they suck at getting you a room you requested and need. Booked a mobility impaired room as I am an amputee and needed a handicap shower. Was told they didnt have any available because there were "several" amputees already at the hotel. Percentage wise, i find that hard to believe. Especially since my friend checked in right before me and had a walk in shower while my room had a tub/shower combo. Was told there were no notes on my reservations on hotels.com showing I requested an ADA room Dunno if hotels.com or the Holiday Inn screwed up, but very disappointing.
