The shower didn’t work and hallway smells like weed breakfast is a muffin and you have a 100 dollar deposit that take 5days to get back

They have bed bug. The tub knob fell off. Water kept running.

Just don’t stay here. The few dollars in savings are not worth how filthy the place is. The employees were trying hard (best think about the stay) to pretend the place didn’t suck, but it was awful. Complete waste of money.

There is NO ice machine in the whole hotel. Also, bring your own pots, pans and utensils.... those are not provided either.

Tbh, I wouldn’t stay here at all ! The people in the front are rude and do not care to help you out. I had roaches in my room and they didn’t seem TJ care about the fact that they were all over the walls and on the bed. I got a full refund for my stay. I would avoid this place at all costs. No worth the headache. And, there was commotion and argueements happening every night j walked in m. Very interesting people if you ask me.

The rooms are filthy, outdated, and just outright gross. The room smelled like weed when we walked in. The refrigerator didn't open, we were supposed to have two queen beds and were only given one full bed, and then while downstairs near the check in desk, we watched two rooms leave immediately after check in because there were cockroaches all over their rooms. This place should be condemned.

I reserved a 2 queen bedroom and they only had 1 queen bed available, so they gave us a room that couldn’t lock from the outside. The entire hotel smelled of weed and was not clean. The fire alarm went off at 3:30am but no truck ever came. Highly disappointed. Do not stay here.

The carpet was worn and old, the whole room was worn and old. No ice machines, please don't use the wash clothes and towels they are supposed to be white but they were dirty white thank God I bought my own wash cloths

Horrible experience, the hotel tried to charge me 2 nights even though I called well in advance to change my reservation, then once we got that situated they tried to overcharge me for the single night. Trying to check in took 45 minutes, the room they provided was not what I booked and it was DISGUSTING and musty. I decided not stay and take the hour drive back home from Beyonce's concert at 2:30am and then drive back to the area the next day, for the other events I had planned in the area that's how bad the hotel was.

Travel for one stay for concert at Fed ex field. Room had old furniture, actually spend time trying to jimmy bedside table draw as it hung open. Used key folder to jam drawer but every time you walked near I it would open, protruding out. It was annoying to say the least. Kept reminding myself that it’s only one night. The refrigerator was really dirty on the outside like something had spilled all over the front but inside appeared clean enough for my liquids. Staff was pleasant, room was quiet and parking great

I am very pleased. My hotel room is super clean, super quiet and super comfortable. Manager Jackson and her crew provide excellent customer service. I feel great and I am very happy that I can work in such a quiet, peaceful and comfortable space. Feels like a home away from home. Thank you for the staff and leadership of this beautiful hotel.

Lady in front desk is very friendly and professional overall was fine only issue we saw was 2 cucarachas inside the room furniture is very poor

I arrived a little after midnight and waited about 20 mins before someone came to front desk and they just gave me a room key once I gave name didn’t even ask for proof of who I was. Once I got to room carpet was so nasty and wet and the room smelled weird, the bathroom was just as bad there was hair in sink and tub, the toilet was not properly secured when you got up the toilet slammed against wall.

There was nobody at the front desk to greet and or assist me. I wanted more then 15 minutes for someone to come i ring the bell and called the hotel no answer still. Then when did get assistance she was not professional at all. The room didnt smell good at all and the refrigerator was not on at all

The check-in was flawless, very friendly young lady. The room was clean, but very outdated and carpet definitely needs replaced. I think the dresser was from my 1993 college hou. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again, it suited my needs for one night.

The staff was great. But this hotel is very outdated. It looked scary and it's to expensive for the quality of the room. Everything is old and outdated. I will never stay there again. They need to close that place down.

They charge my card at 3:00 in the morning then when I go to check in at 4:00 p.m. they didn't have my reservation Expedia and the hotel didn't have a clue to what's going on

The place was good for what we needed it for it’s not far from fed ex field and not far from metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent. There is people living there long term so there is kitchen facility but you need to pay for cups, kettle etc. the fridge was very useful and the microwave. It was about half an hour into Washington DC and about half an hour to Ronald Reagan airport in a taxi and you can also get the blue line on the metro to get to the airport and the hotel. Not many shops about though you have to walk to the cinema area to get places to eat. We also found a store in a different area for juice, crisps etc. for what we paid for the hotel it was convenient for us for getting about dc.

There were ROACHES crawling all over the room AND Expedia won’t refund my $124.29 when I didn’t/ couldn’t sleep there. I left immediately.

This hotel used to be my favorite place to stay 12-13 years ago. Last night was the WORST hotel experience EVER!! ON MY BIRTHDAY!! The hall smelled, the room smelled, soiled sheets and very filthy carpet. BOTH beds had old sheets and I was itching ALL NIGHT LONG!! I finally left because I could not take it anymore
