Clean and update rooms. Staff works continually to keep hotel in best shape.

Average extended stay hotel. Seemed to be a lot of regulars staying there. Beds were decent. The floor in the roomed needed to be mopped, and the shower cleaned better. I didnt like how the exit door was always propped open because people's room keys dont work on it. The free breakfast was minimal.

Our room smelled like cigarettes so bad! We had a pet room because of our service dog but there was so much dog hair all under the couch and corners from a prior customer.

I liked all the things there is to do in the area. I didn't like that there was the smell of smoke coming from the bathroom Ventilation system perhaps from the Room over mine.

The room was clean, only one of the front employees with sunglasses was only on the personal phone talking to someone and did not attend to the clients.

Our room was fine, pretty basic. It offered a kitchenette with no utensils though. Only one garbage can in the room and one of the lamps didn't work, it needed a light bulb, so I had to ask housekeeping for one. Could have smelled a little better too, kind of moldy smelling.

carpet super dirty as evidenced by black dirt running off of our feet in the shower.
king sized bed pushed up to wall/air conditioner one side...no room to move it over. so person on that side had to crawl in from end or person on the outside. had to be creative with the curtain to try to redirect the AC.

Had requested 2 queens, got a king and pull out bed! Not the same. Shower was slippery and almost fell. No grab bars.

Minimal housekeeping, my door lock difficult to operate, vending machines were out of order, breakfast was bare bones. Staff was friendly and helpful, very curtious.

I could see into the hallway with the door closed, that was a first, so we placed a chair infront of the door for additional peace of mind. There were young men outside at 1am yelling and shouting on bikes, which was disruptive. There was never anyone at the desk, except for Friday at 4 when we checked in, we stayed 2 nights. There were definitely a lot of other patrons in other rooms smoking despite the no smoking request, which was disappointing. I would also say the stale muffins and oatmeal packet breakfast opportunity was mediocre at best. Overall, wouldn’t stay again but it could have been worse.

Inwould recommend this hotel. I only stayed one night but it was nice to have a kitchenette available. I wish this hotel had been available for the extended period of time i was staying for the whole month.

hotel in a nice area but the people renting rooms are ghetto . Rooms are old and bathrooms had a tiny shampoo bottle enough for one guest only. Hotel only provided two towels per room.

Overall, a solid budget stay. Honestly the only part that caused issue was the noticeable stains and dirt in the tub. Didn't feel comfortable using the shower without shower shoes.

First off, I booked and the money was taken out of my account. I arrive to the hotel to check and they told me they didn’t have any more rooms they were overbooked for the night. The lady at the front desk told me I would be refunded but I haven’t been refunded. Very unprofessional and I am very unhappy. I didn’t get to stay or get my money back. It’s not my fault they were overbooked.

There was a large stain on the sheet. I could tell it had been washed but apparently not washed very well. There was also some stains on the kitchenette table that I cleaned up when I walked in. Also, I have never been to a hotel where the guest has to call the front desk in order to be checked in. There was no one at the desk to greet me when I walked in and there was a sign on the desk "be right back, assisting another customer," etc. I was the only customer... no one in front of me and no one was being helped on the phone. There should always be someone at the desk to greet the guest. My regular hotel that I like to stay didn't have a reasonable price, so I took Extended Stay. Don't think I'll be doing that again. I appreciate the coffee bar though.

It’s ok. Not really friendly and welcoming place. There a lot of things needed to be updated. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flash it. They had a refrigerator and we couldn’t open. They locked it. Their side door didn’t work. We tried our key couldn’t open. And it was hard to see this place bc was up on the hill. But it’s ok. They just need to reduce the price down a little bit if things don’t work.

The hotel was undergoing construction while I was there. This would not have been an issue at all but I had gotten the room to do work away from home. My last full day in the room they were working on the room next to me. Again, I could have delt with this with no problem. But they turned off the water to my room for hours! Even worse, no one notified me in advance! I had to call the front desk to find out what was going on.

We were on the first floor. One could not lock the window. There was a stop that would not permit the window to open more than about 8 to 10 inches....however this was not very comforting. The room had a distinct unpleasant smell. The room has not been updated for some time. Although we knew how to use the TV remote, it was difficult to get most channels. I went to the front desk to discuss the window and TV issues and no one was there. There was no way to contact anyone either. I waited a least 5 minutes. There appeared to be a steady stream of people going out to the entrance overhang to smoke. There also was a scary group of 5 young people wearing gang-like jackets hanging-out in the front entrance. Will never stay at this motel again. Now sure I will go to an Extended Stay American Suites or use Hotels.com again

Had issues with the key lock for the room. Tried multiple keys but needed an employee to let us in each time. Employees were very helpful though and tried their best to trouble shoot. Overall a good place for our 1 night stay
