No one was ever at the front desk. Our room had garbage in the cupboards that leaked and smelled awful!!! I would never recommend this place.

Chromecast made me feel very uncomfortable he made me feel like he did that want to help me and that I was bothering him because he was tired the phones did not work and there was a point where a phone call needed to be addressed coming in I couldn't even call out my daughter is pregnant and needed to go to the hospital she couldn't even dial 911 Windows didn't work bedroom are very uncomfortable and springs were just sticking out no blankets no pillows old food I need bed and so forth girls are very good the cleaning staff was very nice although I vacuumed and cleaned up and I had to ask for Charles several times cuz there was hair on the house every one of them including the one that you put down to come out of the bathtub water didn't want to stay in the tub I had to scramble to talk keys did not work the door as well there was no utensils or dishes like they said they would have so popular pain none of that and there was no breakfast just to my fitness

My check in was great. Room fantastic. Breakfast was pretty bad. Coffe and muffin in a plastic bag. But still good value for money for a large clean room.

The employee who checked me in was the absolute worst. From the beginning when I arrived at 3am due to my flight being delayed she was rude. I explained to her this and was still willing to pay the $100 charge necessary to check in because I was so tired. She had a nasty attitude not with me but all customers of color. The next day when I was entering the hotel a man was asking my friend a question and she left behind her desk to rush and tell them they are not allowed to talk or park near the door. She also made it her issue to tell me I cannot have alcohol in the lobby, because I was walking in with an open drink although it was apparent I was going straight to my room I was just waiting on my friend before getting on the elevator. She showed no form of customer service, no communication skills and I would recommend the manager IMMEDIATELY remove her because she will continue to build a nasty report for customers like myself going forward.

Affordable and met our needs for a short stay. Mattresses are old and collapsed toward the center so difficult to share the bed without rolling into the other person. A few dead roaches in the bathroom but otherwise seemed clean. We did not need to use the stove but it looked quite old. Quiet and convenient location for our activities this weekend.

Sheets were dirty, had to ask for a fresh one. Bathroom was dirty as well. Stove did not work. Free breakfast was supposed to be provided , but it was only coffee and a snack bar. Heat was not working as well.

I must have arrived in the lobby just as the clerk left for his break as I had to wait serval minutes (am smoker came and went as I waited)... entrance. lobby and elevator smelled badly of pot every time I entered and exited (6 times)... my room, while a nice design, smelled horribly and I used a whole can of deodorant and luckily sleep with a CPAP machine that helped filter the smell so I could sleep... toilet bowl stained and needs deep cleaning... very disappointed in this location

There were some things that could’ve been cleaner, but overall we enjoyed our stay! It was very quiet and the front desk staff were wonderful. It fit our family perfectly and we would stay there again!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and a ice machine would be nice but stores are close enough to get whatever you need. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I would stay again.

even after midnight, the hotel staff were still talking and laughing in the front of entrance, I had hard time to sleep. There was no breakfast, only some snacks.

Hallway smelled like smoke, opened the window as much as I could and the smell in the room (not smoke) would not go away. Door handle to the bathroom came off when I opened it…just all around a bad room.

This property felt like the portal to Silent Hill. There were a few unfriendly, seemingly houseless people loitering in front of the entrance. It was very strange because there were so many other hotels nearby that seemed to be desolate. The room was dirty and the hallway outside smelled like cigarettes. Both bathrooms had distinct residue. The towels and linens seemed dusty or just not properly cleaned. The carpet in the room was kind of damp. In the morning I was rushing to leave for reasons beyond just the obvious ones. It was not even check out time and the maid was continuously knocking on my door, also rushing me to leave. Even after answering her and saying I was in there and her attempting to open the door multiple times, she just kept knocking until I exited the room.

My sister and I came out of town for a wedding and the room we did reserve down the road double booked us and didn’t have a room which is how we ended up at extended stay America. I wish I read the reviews because after checking in I noticed the terrible smell in all the halls and a lot of sketchy people lurking around. It turns out this is also the kind of hotel that allowed people on public assistance to also stay here for but yet charge travelers $150 a night to be surrounded by a bunch of homeless people.

I had a non-smoking room that had been smoked in frequently. The room stank despite my opening the window and running the fan. All of my clothing, including items I had not worn, had to be washed upon my return home.
The mattress was many years passed its 'best before date' and the mattress cover was quite stained.
I stayed as I had paid in full upon arrival(no option was presented other than that, and I did not want to lose my money.

Do not stay here. Old expired food in the cabinets, 2 pillows and no blankets, wifi didn't work, phone didn't work, section 8 hotel. The noise 24 hours was unbearable.

I just needed a place to stay that was affordable because it’s one night. Wasn’t looking for a 5star stay but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, no smell, quick checkin process. Staff was friendly even the security. It’s spacious and quiet.

It wasnt clean , residents of the hotel leaves trash and personal property outside like its part of their room. People standing all around entrance smoking and looking disgusting. Make you not even want to enter.

It was a very nice hotel. Nice and quiet and the shopping center is right across the street. However, there was hardly ever anyone in the front desk and we had to wait long periods of time for someone to show up and take care of us. Our keys also randomly stopped working for our rooms and again, we had to wait a long time for someone to be at the front desk to help us. There was also just one person working the front desk and it took very long for everyone to be taken care of. When I was booking, their website said they would have complimentary breakfast but if you weren't getting breakfast at 6AM you are very likely to not get any and I was also told that I could get a cot or a baby bed for my toddler to sleep on but at the hotel they told me that they don't provide that even after I called to ask in advance, Overall, it's a nice hotel but they need to be better with their customer service.

The girl at the front desk was very rude and extremely unhelpful. She would rather drink out of a red solo cup with people outside in front of the hotel instead of trying to correct a problem that the hotel had. My room had NO LOCK and they wouldn't move my room. I was told that it was safe and I didn't need to lock my door. This was after I was on the elevator with someone who was extremely intoxicated so I'm thinking it's not so safe to stay in a room with no lock on the door.

When we went to check in the lobby was not well lit much like entering a cave. The whole building had an odd odor. My son said it smelled like cat litter. Once we got our room which was a king with a pull out sofa, there was no bedding for the pull out. I went to the front desk and asked for bedding they said they don't normally supply bedding for the pull out bed but the would let me use some sheets and a blanket but no pillows. So my other son who lives in Cleveland had to bring pillows over for me to use. The first morning we were awakened by someone yelling for someone in the hallway between 6:30-7am. This was followed by yelling and cussing in the hall just outside our room. There were dirty socks on the floor of our room as well as trash. The bathroom had a dying big black cricket in the floor. Needless to say we checked out the first morning and did not stay a second night. We were not compensated for leaving early.
