For the 2nd time in 6 weeks, I tried checking in for a room I’d already paid for but they wouldn’t give it to me. The parking lot was empty, just like last time.
Last time, there were 4 other people there with me and they couldn’t get a room either.
Hotels.com rebooked me 3 more times last night but they all were already full. It took 4 more calls today to get my money back

No one was on sight Sunday when checking in. No towels for over 24 hours. Room was no where close to the picture. Mold in the bathroom- no trash can or shower curtain. Soooo surprised that Hotels.com would offer a location like this.

This is a horrible place to stay they had a break in while we were there as well as no toiletries, shower you had to hold yourself, people knocking on your door day and night. Had one of the employees knock on my door and decide to let them selves in good thing I had the door blocker on otherwise they would have been in my room and they stayed outside of my room until I walked outside. They said they were verifying i had a reservation they didn’t ask my name or anything and it was 7:30 in the morning we were sleeping check out time is 11. They were very unprofessional and key cards sometimes worked for your door and sometimes not had to get new key cards to be able to get into my room. It was very nasty and the kitchenette was rusty and broken. I will not ever stay here again or recommend staying here to anyone!!!!

I was put on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not in service. I asked for a lower room only to be put into a filthy room with visible stains and dirt on the floor. The shower curtain didn't reach the bottom of the shower so all the water ran on the bathroom floor. The toilet handle was broken and the microwave didn't work. Deposit was not returned for both nights.

This hotel OMG when i arrived the manger was nice i checked in got my key went to my room opened the door. And i couldn't even convenience myself it was ok for 1 night I closed the door went back to the office told him rm was dirty he gave me another one went to that one it was dirty. Rm #3 dirty. He had to actually walk the property to find a decent rm. I told him housekeeping should be fired. Why would you say u cleaned a room thats not clean. Definitely should not be ask for a deposit for this hotel because it not worth it even though i get it back no. This hotel should be shut down a remodeled.

Horrible! The door did not lock, there were inappropriate, adult, toys in the room, dirty sheets and the smell was horrendous. Left within 5 minutes of getting there and of course was refused a refund. The place did not feel safe at all and is not somewhere I would ever return to.

Housekeeping and management walked in on my partner half or fully naked on three separate occasions without any knocking. Then stood in the doorway and refused to close it to allow her to get dressed or acknowledge any privacy. They would then pretend they were doing the check-out list even though it was between 7 & 8am and Check Out was not until 11am.
I spoke to the manager asking them for an apology or a promise to be more careful in the future, and she only told me "Mistakes Happen". She then refused to provide her name, name of the staff that repeatedly walked in on my partner, or any number to reach corporate, only telling me "you can find it online".
Room was also in a repulsive state, and the lock for the door did not work, was never repaired after we brought it to the front desk's attention twice. (The hotels.com app is not working and allowing me to upload photos)

There was no T.V. in the room, just a wire hanging out of the wall. The air unit was held together with duct tape and never did heat up the room. One of the worst rooms ive ever stayed in.

Check in was slow. Had to sign many many forms. Room was barren, no light bulb in fixture by bed. No bathroom essentials. No soap. No drinking glasses. No utensils. Homeless hanging around probably. Rested a bit and left. Make it a homeless shelter or tear it down. What a waste of 70 dollars.

Well first off no toilet paper at all.Stains and marks on walls I have no idea what it was.Nor did I want to know.I didnt take shower.This place on outside looks new but the room definitely needs remodeling

Upon arrival the hotel looked good from the outside. We checked in and got our room key. The stairwells had garbage strown about and the room was dirty. There were many questionable characters milling about on that side of the building. When I went back to cancel the reservation the hotel clerk was not surprised and already had her answer - we will still charge you for the one night. I am not happy about this and Hotels.com is not helpful with our refund either. The whole situation was not good! Avoid staying here at all costs.

The pictures in the ad on Expedia were false. Upon arrival, I observe prostitution on the first and second floors, and when I checked into my room, there was human feces in a cupboard, no towels, the smoke alarm was off the ceiling and sitting on top of the refrigerator with masking tape, And I could tell that this was not what I expected nor paid for. Tried to get a refund through Expedia and they failed. I think Expedia should take this off of their listings. I cannot get a refund. I left immediately.

The room was subpar to say the least. You get what you pay for and there were no clean towels in the room, there appeared to be blood on the floor, and many, many transient folks in the area. The staff is amazing and a joy to work with, just the property itself was less than desirable.

They cancelled my booking WITHOUT NOTICE, because I was "too late" even though I called a week in advance to let them know exactly that. I want a full refund because I didn't stay there for even one night. I have to buy another hotel at 2am while it was snowing. This is unacceptable

If you are a drug dealer and are ok surrounding yourself with a bunch of junkies. This is a hotel for you, it’s extremely dirty there was pubic hair in my shower. The floor was not clean. There was stuck jam on the tables. It was pretty disgusting. my key didn’t work. The front desk was not present so I had to find another hotel on my own at 10:30 at night with all my belongings in this room extremely unsafe it feels very uncomfortable.

I was given 333 and someone was already there, they gave me 331 and it was dirty ( no sheets or pillows) they gave me 219 it was dirty and broken glass on floor at last I was told they only had 315 available, 315 was clean but it was missing tv, bath sink drain was taken apart and there were tools in the room, I stayed in that room, I didn’t leave because I was told I would have to wait for a refund that she couldn’t get me another room at the property or in another property, I have pictures of the last room, I didn’t take pictures of the first ones

Had to change our room 3 times because every room the gave us keys to was absolutely filthy. Last room was dirty but we were exhausted and we were only the room to sleep. Next morning the manager came into our room without knocking stating we were not supposed to be in that room. Had to down to the reception desk and explain the night before. When we got back to the room that evening we were locked out. Had to go back down and explain to a 3rd person about all the dirty rooms. There were no towels, toiletries, or garbage can. There was food on the side tables and the floors were grimy. Walking to the bed from the shower the bottom of my feet were black. I would definitely not recommend!

One of the most filthy disgusting and horrible place to go. They have a lot of drug activity and gang activity that happens in that hotel! When in to get room- staff was ghetto GHETTO GHETTO! The hall way to get to each floor looked a drugies crack ass pad, and places when a hit man can cut up the body and hide it. We had someone in our room when we first got there. Told clerk and he set us to a room that looked like the mafia just covered up a crime by getting “rid” of the evidence. BLOOD EVERYWHERE!!!! On the windows, mattress, ceiling, curtains, bathroom tub!!! It was like Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment!!! We ran for our life to AC

I liked the fact when I told the dude behind the desk that I had made a reservation, I had my keys and was checked in and in my room within 10 min or so. And he had a good attitude which I liked. Can't say I didn't like something about this property or hotel experience.

After 12 hour flight from South America I arrived at the property approximately around 11:00. I was told that there were no rooms available and they did not have a reservation for me. I had to go to another hotel to use another Concierge phone (because I didn’t have cell phone service yet), to verify with Expedia that I DID have a reservation there and it was paid for in advance. I had to go back and another desk clerk finally sorted this whole thing out (after having waited 20 minutes for somebody actually show up at the desk) to find my reservation. The original person I had been dealing with, who did not find my reservation offered no apology. The room that I received did have a small kitchen, but there were no kitchen wear, no pots & pans… NOTHING!

We waited in the entry way waiting for someone to come check us in for over 10 minutes. When he finally came in he smelled like weed. The elevator wasn't working which was not made known on the site. I am disabled. There was dirty clothes hanging in the dark enclosed stairway. Our door had obviously been broken into before. The bedding was dirty. There was no garbage can in the entire room. No towels/washcloths at all and only enough toilet paper for like 2 uses. If it wasn't non refundable we would've left. Slept with a chair under the door handle and barely slept at all.

Not the type of place I'd recommend. Half a roll of tp in bathroom. Not even a bar of hand soap. Faucet was leaking as well. Barely swept clean. Shower curtain was short so 1 shower and the floor is a wading pool
