Excellent staff, clean, great hotel

Pros: The staff were kind and friendly. The beds and bedding were cozy. The location behind Wegman’s was convenient. It was quiet. Has a refrigerator, microwave, and TV in rooms. It was fine for a night.
Cons: The refrigerator in room was not cleaned properly. The elevator has a loud high-pitched squeal as it hits each floor. For me, the breakfast was not great because I cannot eat gluten or dairy. I had an egg that only tasted, and felt, like rubber. It just seemed like typical free hotel breakfasts. Other people seemed content though. Luckily, there is a Wegman’s.

I appreciated the early and late pool hours, I love morning swims and I hate when hotels pool hours start at 10 am, since most people want to be on the road long before then. It was great and the water was a nice temperature and the pool was a decent size. The staff were super friendly, and the room cleaning was excellent. I could have missed it, but I don’t recall seeing easy signage directing the hotels location being behind the Wegman’s. I did find it easily enough via my phone navigation app. I would definitely come back when I return to the Triple cities, it’s location made it most convenient for getting around the area.
