Staff super friendly.
Breakfasts was ok with a range of hot (well warm) and cold items.
The room was on the larger side and clean.

Good price and location
The breakfast was a joke. It said hot breakfast but there was nothing hot except the coffee. There was a yogurt machine three types of cereal and no spoons. No toast or bagels, old looking fruit

Everything was very clean and it looked like the hallways, lobby and rooms were recently upgraded. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and very neat. Wifi was great. Excellent location. Good price. Overall very good for a budget hotel.
There were a few places that were missing paneling or it was peeling. Only 1 ice machine in the building.

The location was convenient as I was there for a Binghamton University graduation.
The room was old, dingy, stuffy and dark. Furniture in the room was beat up and old. There a non functional soda machine in the hallway. The space didn't feel clean at all, it wasn't. Elevator door panel was broken. The hotel is rundown. They need major upgrades.
