Excellent property, clean room, good shower, excellent kitchen, living area, bed, vanity. Wonderful chain restaurant in nearby strip mall with American cuisine takeout. Breakfast was fantastic.
There's a huge deposit on the rooms because university students apparently rent them for parties - we saw nothing of the sort while we were there. Just be careful, though, because the terms for the room could mean that travelers are billed for the entire deposit for almost any cleanup.

It’s right near Binghamton University, the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are very big and well equipped.

Television did not work, dirty towels from the prior guest were in the room and the cost of the pet surcharge was not advertised
